Brush my teeth, Drink Water, Pee, listen to ASMR or Nature sounds
Just the normal routine: go to the bathroom, brush teeth, and wash face.
I will then check to see any fanfictions I've been following have been updated, read for a bit, then put on some ASMR for a quick knock out afterwards.

what kind of fanfics do you like to read, if you don’t mind me asking?
Ah ones for ships I like usually haha.
If I see one with an interesting sounding plot with favorite characters involved though, I also read those.

Seeing as I'm always the last one to go to bed I always make sure the front door and patio door is always locked, then I go to the loo and jump straight into bed.

I can't do to sleep if I haven't brushed and flossed. I had really bad cavities when I was poor and it got so bad that my filling fell out and I had a hole in my tooth for months. My dentist said that the cavity was almost at the nerve. Since then I've been meticulous about taking good care of my teeth. I tend to brush and floss after dinner but sometimes I get lazy and do it right before bed.
The last thing i do is read. I like to do 3 or 4 pages. But mostly i can barely read 1 page and then it's knock out for me. At the moment i'm reading Frankenstein and the Bible. Frankenstein is really a great book! The writing style is superb. The Bible is kind of a study. But i do like it a lot. Never have i been to church or read the Bible. So it's really informative.
