What is your biggest worry?

I worry about the villagers being the same/less interesting than they were in New Leaf and just getting burnt out in general.

I'm worried that my Amazon pre order will get delayed because of corona virus.

Also I find it strange that the game saves onto the switch not the cartridge. Makes me worried about worst case scenario- if my switch breaks, does that mean my island will be lost?

That society burns to the ground before Friday because of the Coronavirus.

All the unknowns about the game put me on edge to some extent (which is why I love spoilers so much!), but not knowing if the residence services are permanent or can be moved later like everything else is killing me. It looks like it takes up a good bit of space and could be a problem for later layout changes.

I'm mostly worried about how I'm actually going to get my physical copy with coronavirus at this point. And if I don't manage to get it for a while, I'm worried about missing the Bunny Day event.

As for the actual game, I've seen mixed comments about how many villagers we can have (saw some supposed leaks, then it seemed like they might not be legitimate, and I haven't followed any details since then). I'm also worried about being unhappy with my town at some point, and being unable to make a second one because I can only have one per console. It adds a lot more pressure to the decision to settle on a town initially, even though we can change a lot of stuff via terraforming. I want a clearer idea of exactly what I need to reset for (e.g., can airport colors be changed later? Can resident services be moved?) before I either put a lot of hours into getting what I want, or end up settling for something I'm not completely satisfied with.

Overall, though, I'm excited to get started, and I suspect I'll have a great time with the game.

A villager cap of 10 is my biggest worry. I would get over it, but it would be a shame I feel.

Now that we're close I'm pretty zen about it. Que sera, sera and all that. I have hopes though: that there are multiplayer minigames, >10 max villagers, Brewster, Redd's art, and a reworked swimming activity.

I also hope there's a lot of depth to the crafting mechanic with lots of things to make, and that the personalities have lots of possible dialog lines so it won't get tiring.

But I know that I'll be excited when I finally get my hands on it so right now all I can feel is anticipation.

I am not worried about anything, for me this game is an escape from real life worries so there is no way I will waste energy worrying about a game when I have a million things to stress over in real life.

I’m not worried about anything with the game. More worried I’ll play too much and get eye strain like with new leaf lol

I'm worried the console won't come until super late in the day or that the console and/or game is delayed. Also worried the hype isn't going to match how much I actually enjoy it when I play.

I’m worried that art won’t be back.
I know that we’ve been told that we haven’t seen everything, and that it was very specific what they could/couldn’t show us, but I’m nervous about the fact that we still haven’t seen the art gallery :(

Other than that, i’m sure i’ll love the game.

I'm actually worried that they'll bring grass wear back and we'll have to deal with ugly patches. :(

Not worries, only minor concerns that I'm sure will not take away any joy I'll have from playing!!

- No confirmation of swimming
- No confirmation of gyroids
- No confirmation of paintings
- No confirmation on if villager houses, or any buildings for that matter, can be moved AFTER choosing the initial spot. (Can we only choose a spot ONCE?)
- No confirmation on the limit of items we can place outside. (There's always been a room limit in New Leaf on how many items you can place. Has this returned and now includes the outside?)
- No cloud saves. (I'm aware they're working on a solution. I am concerned that solution will either be pushed to the wayside and forgotten after all their sales, or the solution will be more of a headache than actually fixing the problem.)

All in all, I'm super excited for this game. I will probably cry actual tears once I get my paws on it at midnight. I'm so ready for this game.

I’m not really worried about anything to do with the game. I more worried about this damned virus pushing the release back or meaning post isn’t delivered on time or at all. I preordered the ac switch and game and it’s suppose to be shipped on the 18th. I’m gonna be so sad if it doesn’t arrive for at least the 21st

I don't have a tablet or smartphone, so I'm a little concerned about the inability for me to use QR codes. I guess I have to get better at drawing designs myself, or eventually get a tablet.

That's really it though. This game is looking great.

That the villagers are going to be 'meh' like they were in New Leaf. They were, without a doubt, my least favorite part of the game. The watered-down personalities, overly limited dialogue, etc. made talking to them boring, and doing requests for them felt like a chore. Thankfully NH appears to be better from what we've seen, but I'm still worried that it'll be a similar case.

Walmart will sell you disposable Androids for about $35

My biggest worry is that many special characters from New Leaf may be cut. Some characters' roles (Joan, Chip, Nat, Pelly, Phyllis, Harriet etc.) have already been replaced by other characters or functions, and even some fan favorites like Kapp'n and Shrunk haven't been seen yet. It would really suck to lose a lot of old characters.
