What kinds of Nintendo items do you want to see?

I loved the cat mask (I believe that is MH) that meowed when you put it on. I don't know who he is, but the sound was hilarious.

I liked a lot of the fortune teller cookie stuff. But part of me feels like the Mario series stuff is going to be lame. Like a red sofa with a big white circle/M in the middle of it. Or a red table with the M in the middle. I can see them giving us 'realistic' furniture instead of giving us whackyzany furniture like a turtle shell that makes a SE when you interact with it.

I've only played a MH demo and didn't like it, but loved all of Felyne's RV items.

I liked the Legend of Zelda stuff, Majora's Mask etc but I thought the Mario stuff always looked a bit ugly.

I'd love to have the Zelda stuff back too. I was pretty disappointed that they didn't put any Nintendo stuff in at all.

Somebody else mentioned bringing back older consoles like the GameCube, I'd love that and an N64!

I was a huge fan of the Zelda items despite never having actually played through a Zelda game (crazy I know) and would love to see them return with an expansion including references to BOTW. I'd like to think that after the Mario collab they would start adding in the rest of the Nintendo items or at least make new ones.

I just want all the previous Zelda items back from NL. Making a maze in my town with all those items would be insane!

All the Zelda stuff. I really miss the Master Sword, Fairy in the bottle, and other NL furniture so I hope they bring them back.

I would love to see all the items they had in NL back (Zelda items, Splatoon items, Metroid, etc)! With the exception of Pocket Camp, no series of Animal Crossing has had a Pokemon item because Pokemon isn't technically Nintendo. Nintendo is the distributor for the games but the license is owned by the Pokemon Company and Gamefreak is the the developer of the games. Junichi Masuda, one of the founding developers of the Pokemon games, has stated he's a bit sad that most people think Nintendo developed the games. There's still hope that they'll have Pokemon in the game, esp if Nintendo and Pokemon Co are willing to do a collab like they did for Pocket Camp which coincided with the promotion for Let's go Pikachu/Eevee. I think there's a good possibility that they'll release Zelda items when the new BoTW game drops.

The items I would most like to see and which have the least possibility of ever coming back are the playable NES game consoles in the original Animal Crossing.

The TLOZ items were my favourite. I'd like to see some BOTW references/models as well. The treasure chests from bokoblin camps would be neat. Maybe a pot lid doorplate I'd also like if they brought back the cuccos or added little korok figurines. Also would love Splatoon items (iirc the ones we could get were from amiibos not fortune cookies). I want a squid phone case so bad.

We never had Mario furniture. So there's no telling how it will turn out. It could be a more realistic version of red furniture pieces with a giant M on it. Or it could be the wacky items like the turtle shell, flag pole, flower pipe ect. I'm hoping it's the wacky ones.

I would like to see alpine and rococo. I'm very disappointed that they gave us very little to customize with patterns.

I've been seriously thinking about this and I would love to see the Monster Hunter items back. Maybe they could add a rathalos statue! That would be fun.

I would also like to see the LoZ items back. Maybe they could do some special korok themed items with it. We have an ocarina, why not let us make a special blue ocarina?

Splatoon items should come back (for obvious reasons here!) I want to dress up as Callie, Marie, Pearl, and Marina!

I think it would be interesting to see some Story of Seasons inspired furniture to go with the silos and scarecrows. That would be a long shot, but it would be fun.
