What new villager species would you like to see or what species would you like to see more of?

Sharks! More aquatic critters! But the usual bats, sloths... snakes would be absolutely adorable too.

Sharks would be very fun to see walking around your island! I think they would be loved. Dolphins would make a great addition too I think

Speaking of Red pandas, I think plain old Panda's would be great as well. Even though there are already bears and cubs that look like pandas such as Chester and Chow, I think an adorable chubbyish panda on it's own would melt my heart

I remeber thinking how cute little tommy looked when he was walking around holding up a flag. It makes me want similar villagers but small ones not like tom nook XD or just let me adopt tommy since tom seems to prefer timmy anyway. Did i get their names right? so confusing.

Like other people have been saying, I think bats would be such a cool addition to the game! Foxes and owls would be really neat too, but I think they would have to be different from characters like Blathers and Redd.

Lizards could have so many variants, with Flick already in the game they'd make a really great addition. A dolphin/porpoise/orca-type aquatic mammal would be rad. Would love to see some more variance with the octopus family - squid, nautiloid, maybe even jellyfish could work.

Edited to add: now I can't stop thinking about a peppy jellyfish friend!

There needs to be more octopus villagers! I also wish there were a cute lion, my town is named Port Leo and a lion feels appropriate. The red panda idea is great. I have a chinchilla and while they're very similar to hamsters I'd like to see their big ears and tails.

Yes, although I like Redd a lot, it would be better for them to stand out from Redd maybe look a little more fox like and stand out from him

I think because its an island, there should be water houses that are like bubbles you swim to and you get to meet water villagers like a whale dolphin sharks, etc

Bats, ferrets, hedgehogs, more aquatic villagers like octopuses. Insect villagers would be cool too, but most people don't like bugs so they wouldn't do that ;w; I saw someone design a few moth villagers and they were adorable.
