What NL features do you wish were in NH?

The police station. The town square has made it pretty much obsolete but I miss those doggos!
Yeah the Police Station used to be the area where you can find items where its "Lost and Found" but the Recycle Bin at Resident Services already takes care of that, but the problem is it takes like days for any random item to appear in there.

That, and the items that do appear are almost always trash. Bits of clay, rusted parts, cardboard boxes. Rarely, you might find something interesting, but you're more likely to find it at Nook's Cranny before it ever makes its way to the recycle box.

The online mini-games. Honestly there's a lot more, but this would give me the most mileage.

Not necessarily. If there is a campsite visitor, someone's birthday, or something like that Isabelle will announce that, but fail to tell you who is on the island. So Booker and Cooper could still be helpful in that you can always ask them who is here without having to hunt all over. Maybe they could even tell you in which grid they are.

Well, when I said that they made the police station obsolete, I meant in terms of its original purpose. I'm sure if Nintendo cared enough, there's a million things they could do with the characters themselves.

- All fruits and perfect fruits
- Police station, because I think it would be a cool building design for the island
- Ability to redesign or choose themes for public facilities (really shocked this wasn’t a thing added to 2.0 + HHP)
- Minigames or something similar to it on a smaller scale that can be played at resident services

NL had a lot of cool features. But I’m happy with some of the stuff they did bring over and improved on (like instant customization with Cyrus)

Tortimer Island immediately came to mind. I wasted so many hours on that island, lol. I think my favorite part would be communicating with real people on the island and talking to them. Of course you got the occasional troll, but sometimes, you did meet some pretty chill people. It reminded me of Omegle but without the creeps. I loved meeting new people on the island.

- Tortimer Island
- The other fruits and perfect fruits
- Police Station
- Mini-games
- Nook upgrades

That's the NL features I wish were in NH, but I'm grateful with the features of NH ^^

I miss the perfect fruit and I really miss tortimers island. It was a nice fun thing to do either with your friends or just on your own that broke up the daily (sometimes monotonous) to dos like fossil hunt, talk to villagers, decorate. I do also miss Shrunk and his little nightclub. I know the villagers teach you reactions now but I liked the whole Main Street and the department store and just how it felt like a complete town

The post office, re-tail, the ability to work shifts at the roost, villagers coming up to you/asking for requests several times in a day… So many cute, little quirks just don’t exist in NH and it makes me sad and less invested on a whole unfortunately:(

In no particular order, somewhat.

1. More Nook store upgrades.
2. Tortimer Island games
3. The Tortimer Island fruits
4. Mannequins that we can swap clothes with (my main wish)

Nook store upgrades
Gracie, the giraffe
Full mannequins, I don't get why they aren't in the game, they would really help out with my fashion area.
Minigames to play with friends
Games you can play alone using an item like the 3DS and Wii U
Hide and seek with villagers (although I get why this probably isn't possible)

Oh yeah I forgot about the mannequins where you can use them to customize different outfits. I am not a clothing person but I've heard people really being upset that feature is not in ACNH. Its funny how you see them in Able Sisters yet you cannot own one yourself.

illuminated pwps but as furniture. the world would not be able to stop me if i had illuminated trees and illuminated hearts all over my island. and no, the illuminated winter/toy day DIYs are not the same thing. i want a 1x1 illuminated tree, the heart and the arch from new leaf.

idc about the clock tho, it was ugly ngl

bunny and heart shaped balloons. pls.

honestly the april fools event as well but idk it's not a huge deal i just think it would be fun.

also Obviously, multiplayer minigames. the island from new leaf doesn't have to be recreated but the minigames were so much fun and it sucks that there are no real minigames in new horizons.
