I think there was another thread like this but I'm scared of necroposting. So I'm making another one! If you can remember, what was your very first collectible?
Mine was the Tasty Cake! One of my favorite common collectibles.
mine was either the Pear or White Pansy! pears were my very first native fruit so they're special to me, and the white pansy was my favourite flower collectible (back then hybrid flower collectibles didn't exist yet).
I don't remember for sure, but I believe it was either a tasty cake, an orange or a cherry! I don't have them anymore (at least not the OG ones I had.. I still have a bunch of tasty cakes lol).
I went looking through the marketplace, and I sold the orange in 2016 for 150 tbt...... those were the days.
I think it may have been a pear or orange. If not, then it was tasty cake. Those were the only ones available for purchase in the shop when I joined and I didn't want any of the flowers at the time. I know the New Horizons token was my first limited sale collectible though.
I checked my Item Log, went to the last page and found that the first collectible I ever owned was an Ancient Candle that I purchased from the Shop on October 29, 2015. I wasn't sure exactly which collectible was my first until now, but I knew it had to be something from the 2015 Halloween season since I remembered that was when I first started to care a little bit about collectibles; I liked the Ancient Candle, Pumpkin Cupcake, Voodoo Doll that debuted that year, as well as the Red/Blue/Yellow/Green candies. I still have that Ancient Candle among my collection.
My first collectible was the mailbox in 2015 (if you count that as a collectible); if that doesn’t count then the May birthstone from that same year. After that, tasty cake and then winter mittens.
I checked my item log, though didn't specify what exactly I bought, but I am guessing my first purchase was actually Jack! How lovely~
I do vaguely remember I believe the blue balloon and voodoo doll maybe being my first purchase from someone else, because I remember how happy I was to get these items, and remember the balloons message.
I don’t exactly remember the first collectible I got but I do remember one of the earliest is a popsicle that was a gift from my friend. 15 year old me was like ohhh pretty little pictures and that’s how I got into collectibles haha
I thought it was a tasty cake I bought for myself, but turns out according to my item log, the first thing I bought was a January birthstone on my birthday in 2016, then the tasty cake a bit after. For quite a while when I first joined, my pfp was some art of Erza from Fairy Tail eating some cake, and I thought the tasty cake matched it well.
My first collectible was the New Horizons Token. As best as I can recall, when the shop/bells/collectibles went back up for XenForo, I ended up buying it from the shop since I had the bells and it was a limited time thing. I certainly didn't expect I'd ever really care about collectibles when I got it, lol.
