I think I'd most want the seasonal Pumpkin Spice milkshake from Steak 'n Shake to make a return. I don't generally eat fast food, but I like milkshakes as a treat sometimes, and these milkshakes tasted fantastic. They were a nice thing to look forward to in the Autumn months a few years ago, but they seem to have been one of the victims of cost cutting and overhaul since the company faced financial woes during the pandemic. I think the last time they had these was 2019.

Some other discontinued things I'd like to see return:
- The first things that came to mind when I saw the thread title were the colored EZ-Squirt ketchups that Heinz put out in 2000. As you can guess from the name, they were ketchup bottles that were targeted toward children due to the easier squeezing and the ketchups came in funky colors like blue, green, and purple. I don't use ketchup often because I find it unnecessary, but you can bet I'd use it more if I had these color options. The dyes are undoubtedly probably terrible for you considering what they say about the more common food dyes, but hey, so are all the sugar, chemicals, and additives in the rest of the American food supply.
- Hershey put out a Pumpkin Spice flavor of Hershey Kisses back in 2017. I enjoyed the flavor, but they disappeared. I think they might have done a limited run of them in 2018 and then by 2019 they were just done. As someone who loves pumpkin spice flavored foods, it is disappointing that they didn't keep them around each year.
- When Unilever's Klondike brand announced that they were discontinuing the Choco Taco last year, I got sort of interested in trying one. I never got the chance to though. I'd like to try one just to satisfy my curiosity.
