What's the best part(s) of your culture?

swedish traditions are so boring and we eat the same food every holiday ?? so idk if theres anything i think is super great about swedish culture... like ik there are other things to a culture than food and traditions but idk where culture ends and whatever else begins so idkkkkk

As for locally, I have some really great places around located only where I live! ^_^ Like, Bruxie, Frostbites, and Farrell's, to name a few! We also have Art Walks downtown the first Thursday of every month. There's a beautiful hiking trail as well, with like 5 paths so the possibilities are endless. Once I walked so far that I found a river! I live really close to a plaza that is really cool. It has great stores and food joints! Sometimes there's a stage set up in front of the theater for talent shows and stuff. Speaking of the theater, it has a really pretty and tall structure that looks amazing at night:

Puerto Rican food is good, other than that I've been whitewashed

This. XD
Plus, I don't really like soul food - so I can't think of one for my ethnicity.

I don't think America has a culture. Oh wait I remembered!

Ahhh... god bless America.

crap i knew i was forgetting something. i also love the rape, racism, and oddly themed weddings. the 3 pillars of Americanism. thanks for reminding me.

What culture? America has taken over the England with their corporations so we've lost our culture.

lol what even

We don't have halloween here, so we get all our costume joys out of Karneval. :)

Ethnically - traditional clothes (hanbok) and probably stationery. And animal cafes (dog, bird, raccoon cafes etc) but I think some other countries have them too?

Locally - Warning internet friends about dropbears.

YESSS my whole childhood was collecting cute stationary and random crap that I never actually used or wrote on because they were too cute (like old school artbox... and mashimaro lol). Even if they weren't Korean brands, there were so many Japanese imports that I loved to collect (like sack stickers from san-x and re-ment stuff). Ugh all my lunch money, gone :p While I was learning English as a kid we used notebooks by that brand morning glory with really terrible and grammatically incorrect english phrases on the covers. Thinking back it's pretty funny. Ironic.

Ethnically I'm Korean and Cambodian and I experienced both growing up. Other than what I mentioned above, I also love Korean food and I'm biased but it's my favourite type of cuisine, especially for comfort food. For Cambodia, I also really like the food. There are certain times of the day when the noodle man will come by with his cart and knock on a piece of bamboo to let you know they are in front of your house (they make rounds through the neighbourhood). We'd run out and get noodles at 3am when there's nothing else around. For both cultures, the traditional ballet and dance is really beautiful. Like the Korean drum dance and the Cambodian apsara dancers.

Edit -
Locally (I live in Malaysia now): Also the food. Nasi lemak, nasi kandar, rendang, teh tarik... I miss living in the states sometimes but man it doesn't beat the food in asia lol.
