What's the last movie you've seen?

i watched field of dreams on tv tonight! it’s one of my mom’s all-time favourite movies, but it was my first time watching it in its entirety.

i liked it! it’s a classic heartwarming, funny movie. i loved its cast. i wouldn’t be opposed to watching it again some day!

I recently watched the first Hunger Games movie with my mom! If we're in the mood, we might watch Catching Fire tonight. We'll also be seeing Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes in theatres soon.

I just got back from seeing The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes and it was such a good movie, I really enjoyed it. All the actors did so well, and Rachel (the actress for Lucy) has such a good voice. I definitely will be watching it again when it gets released to streaming or buying it on digital.

I watched all the hunger games movies this past week again, I really enjoyed them but watching this prequel movie is making me want to do another rewatch today even though I literally just finished Mocking Jay Part 2 for the like 3rd time this week yesterday.

The last movie I watched was the FNAF movie I was thinking of seeing the the ballad of songbirds and snakes but everyone keeps saying its long and boring so I'm not sure.

I watched the FNAF Movie.

Before watching, the general consensus that I was seeing was something like "If you like the games, you'll like the movie; if you don't, you won't." So perhaps it tracks that because I'm not the biggest fan of the games this movie was underwhelming for me. But the thing that perplexes me is that I have played the first four games, so I do still have some pre-established expectations going into it. And it failed to deliver on most of them. I found the story to be rather dull, the characters to be uninteresting and uninspired, and the visual effects to be very bad. It doesn't feel like an adaptation of the games, nor does it feel original enough for me to scrutinize on its own merits. Lastly, even as someone with a bit of a low tolerance for horror movies, I found the horror in this to be completely ineffective.

At least it was kind enough to be a standard movie length of only an hour and a half, instead of a full three hour long ordeal. I wouldn't say it's a horrible movie, but I don't understand exactly what fans of the games would get out of it. But since fans of the series seem to love it, there clearly must be something that I'm missing.

Also, they really over-estimated how funny that Balloon Boy bit was. Seriously, they call back to it three times, and it doesn't work any of those three times.

watched across the spider-verse and threw my remote across the room when it ended on a cliffhanger and i really liked it! again spider-verse is dazzling visually and has a great storyline.

I watched the Justice League x RWBY crossover movie part 2. It was fun seeing how team RWBY adapted to our world this time. Ruby was seriously kicking some butt.

I've been watching Mystery Science Theater 3000 episodes as YouTube recommends them to me. I've always loved MST3K, but for some reason lately, it's been especially impactful to me.

The ones I've watched so far are...
  • Manos: The Hands of Fate
  • Touch of Satan
  • Mitchell
  • Hobgoblins
  • I Accuse My Parents
  • Cave Dwellers
  • Final Justice
  • Eegah
  • Prince of Space
  • The Pumaman
  • Kitten With a Whip
Watch out for snakes.

I watched Batman (1989) last night. I've never really watched superhero movies before, so I thought it would be nice to try watching the Batman movies and Marvel movies. I enjoyed Batman, so I think I'll watch Batman Returns and the Dark Knight trilogy before moving on to the Marvel movies~

i watched the ballad of the songbirds & snakes last saturday and it was such an amazing movie despite me having very little context of what i was watching LOL

I saw Please Don't Destroy:The Treasure Of Foggy Mountain recently.I've been watching Please Don't Destroy's short films on Saturday Night Live for the past couple of years and these guys are very creative and very funny.Stretching those shorts out to a full length movie doesn't work all the time but there's still a lot of laughs here.Conan O'Brien is funny as Ben's dad and I think the weird hawk deserves an Emmy nomination.

i rewatched uncut gems with my boyfriend, who had never seen it, because we've been watching 'the curse' (with emma stone, nathan fielder and benny safdie) together and it came up that he'd never seen a safdie brothers film ! i remember thinking it was good the first time i watched it but on rewatch found it quite tedious, which is maybe the point. i could barely remember what happened so i was still surprised by some of the plotpoints. i am a huge fan of good time, so i was surprised not to like uncut gems as much, even though tonally and pacing wise they're very similar.

as i was writing this out i remembered that i watched both now you see me films for the first time yesterday, and they were so much fun. there should be at least 10 of those !! i don't know why it's taken so long for them to start making a third.

I saw Thanksgiving last night, because there was nothing else to watch xD

I liked it, I thought it was a good story with good characters. But defently not for people with weak stomachs. My only complaint Is that ending, I've got no idea why it ended like that.

For people going to see it. There's something at the end of the credits

I saw Saltburn.

I saw Thanksgiving yesterday, and it didn't disturbed me half as much as Saltburn. I would rather have watched Thanksgiving twice then have ever watched Saltburn.

It takes disturbing to a whole new level.

Rewatched Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 the other day, I started the series for Groot but ended up felling in love with the Racoon x10 more.

Just got back from the movies! Saw "The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes". Great movie! Also saw "The Marvels" less than 2 weeks ago. Also great! Nothing on the horizon now though. Next one could be Deadpool 3.

I watched Comet last night. I was worried I wasn't gonna like it at first because one of the leads was annoying and the dialogue felt weird but idk for some reason I really enjoyed it! I cried a lot and it was very pretty to look at.

when harry met sally…, one of my favourite movies! i’m not a fan of romcoms as they’re too corny for my taste (no offence to any romcom lovers!), but when harry met sally… is an exception. it’s just so funny, endearing, and heartwarming that i can’t help but love it, and the interactions between sally and harry are incredible from the start. an all around incredible movie! 💕
