I don't really know why they still have it. Maybe for new members to try their luck.

it's just for people to try their luck i guess, like above. no one is winning because no one really wants to enter, and if you enter you don't win. i think it's there to be there, not to really serve a big purpose. it doesn't really get in the way of anything, so why not keep it.
