My island's tune is the intro song from the controversial 1980 Italian movie Cannibal Holocaust. Despite what one might expect from the title, and the content of the film frankly, the song that plays in the intro is very pleasant. There's a little tinge of strangeness to the song that I felt fit my island's vibe.

I took the liberty to search out a video of it so that anyone curious can give it a listen without having to search themselves and potentially see anything they might find disturbing, scary, offensive, etc. This video's just a black screen with the title of the movie and the name of the guy who composed the song, Riz Ortolani.

Basically the section that starts at 0:15 seconds into the song that carries on throughout the rest.

where's your island's tune from? how long have you had your island's tune for? have you recently changed it from something else?

i recently changed mine from the opening to mystic messenger to something that i had for a few years from when i played new leaf (part from a sufjan stevens song). i'm considering changing it back to the original tune from new horizons though or something from another jam that i'm into.

I just make a completely random tune at the start of the game and keep that forever

I arrange random notes that sounds good. I'm too lazy to make a tune based off a song I like.

I haven't gotten to that stage in my current save file, but on my old island it was Bad Apple. Nyot sure what I'll do this time though.
