purple rose my beloved <3
the pink and orange hyacinths are definitely my favourites!! hyacinths just make for such pretty hybrids in game and as collectables 
going to be going for purple and orange roses too though, would be nice to get a gold but i’m not holding my breath

I'm really torn between pink hyacinth (which as you can see from my pfp is the OG held item for my island rep) and the purple rose (which I've always preferred over the blue rose). Something is so comforting about these flowers.
AND a LOTV is on the table for the nature photo event

There was this old Russian animation called "The Twelve Months" that was basically a Cinderella story without a prince, but there was still a sort of romance around the galanthis / snowdrop flower, which is different from the Lily of the Valley, but a similar vibe and... well, I have a lot of nostalgia around it.

Ooh I want all of them so it's difficult to choose ;w; I'll go with the Pink Hyacinth though! I love hyacinths and it's such a lovely pastel shade of pink. I really love the Purple and Gold Roses too, they're so regal and I bet they'd look beautiful together in a lineup (same with gold and blue roses tbh).

I agree—the new hyacinths are really lovely! They’re my favorite in New Horizons as well.

Gold and purple roses are definitely the top contenders for my favorite, but I also really love the addition of hyacinths. Purple and pink hyacinths always reminded me of lavender (I loved to have fields of it in New Horizons), but the blue ones do lowkey be giving marge simpson

I'm going with the Orange Rose. You know me well to understand my favorite color, which is orange. And of course, I am going to breed so many of them, but also breed other hybrids as well. Can't go through the entire week on one particular color.

Amongst the new ones that just debuted, I’m really excited about the purple rose and the blue and purple hyacinths

Pink, blue, and purple hyacinths in that order! I don’t plan on farming them for the event though, so hope to maybe be able to buy some after the event.
