What's your favourite vegetable?

Well, I feel like I'd be betraying onions if I answered anything other than onions. Cause I go through an actually ridiculous amount of onions. I buy bags of onions and eat them all in the food i make by myself before they ever go bad.

I like most vegetables honestly! But if I had to pick a favourite...I really like squash, artichokes and asparagus!

Potatoes are hard to beat, otherwise I like spinach and squash and asparagus (I like veggies in general). Also tomatoes, avocados, cucumbers, bell peppers, peas, olives etc. should have their own category because when we ask what is your favorite fruit, nobody name them either since we are only thinking about sweeter fruits. It's unfair.

I love raw carrots, man
not like the gross baby ones that are all slimy and whatnot, but good, raw carrots straight from the dirt : P

I also like most greens, depending on how they're prepared!

Garlic moss (?). Actually not sure what the exact English name is. They?re like thicker chives and so good when stir fried with meat

I also love potatoes, green beans, and eggplants

My cat is also weird and loves green beans LOL. She steals some every time we cook them

That looks super yummy, I gotta try garlic moss someday!

so y'all are just gonna forget about cauliflower?

special mention to cauliflower, also in the same league as broccoli for me

To me, nothing tops onions! White onions, green onions, shallots, red onions. You name it! And I prefer them freshly cut into slices.

I actually like to top stir frys with white onion!

Garlic! Tastes great in almost everything, I absolutely love it.
Nice choice in broccoli also. I did not like it much when I was younger, but the subtle sweet flavor is really refreshing to me nowadays.

How could I forget garlic, i use more than 6 cloves of it in every meal and garlic bread is also my favourite food aaaaa

KIMCHI YES I love kimchi. Garlic too but I think garlic is a type of herb/spice somehow in some sub class.

If we're talking in its raw state or minimally cooked, I like raw green bell peppers (are peppers a veggie at all?) potatoes and spinach and artichoke for dips. Other then that I only tolerate stuff like green beans, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. Carrots must be made in a stew thou. I don't like corn at all, freakin hate corn.

I thought I was the only one who hates corn! people often remark that i'm super weird for not liking it :/

My favorite is definitely the potato. It's really nutritious and tasty but it's the most versatile vegetable out of all of them. For instance, potato chips, fries, mashed potatoes, or just baked potatoes are all really good.

Same here, people say that since I like popcorn that I should like regular corn on the cobb, esp with butter. But I hate it. I feel like popcorn isn't a good comparison cause at that point it's barely corn at all. Corn is nasty, it taste horrible and I can not stand eating it, I want to gag.

Used to quite like sweetcorn but so many people have breath that smells like sweetcorn it's kind of put me off it.
Now I think I prefer potatoes. Roasted, mashed, so many varieties!

Probably either yams or sweet potatoes. Can't decide between the two.

I like every vegetable that I've tasted with the exception of one though if I had to choose... pink amaranth greens, broccoli, spinach, and choy sum.

peas and potatoes!

potatoes especially, so versatile, you really cant mess up a potato.

No you can't mess up a potatoe...hmm that's right [looks around suspiciously]

I like high quality peas.

I also love mashed potatoes, potato chips, and of course... fries!! :)

I adore potatoes! It's gotten to the point where sometimes when I go out to eat I order fries and mashed potatoes for my two side items ^^;

Though if I had to pick a green vegetable it would be artichoke hands down. It just tastes so good plain, on pizza, in paninis, wherever!
