I love almost every vegetable I’ve tried so far, but my faves are broccoli, brussel sprouts, carrots, cauliflower, potatoes and onions (especially red onions)! I’m probably forgetting a few. I also like turnips, squash, peas, green beans, spinach, lettuce and asparagus. Not sure if they’re 100% considered veggies, but corn and mushrooms as well!
I don’t like most vegetables uncooked, but I could eat steamed (with or without seasoning) broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans and brussel sprouts every day and I wouldn’t complain. My mom sometimes roasts asparagus in the oven and sprinkles parmesan cheese on it, and it is SOOO good. I love potatoes in any form— fries, baked, roasted, mashed, it’s all delicious!
The only veggies I enjoy uncooked are carrots, lettuce and… don’t judge me… onions. I don’t bite into raw onions like they’re apples or anything, but whenever I’m slicing/dicing one up to cook, I’ll eat a few pieces as I go along. I just like the taste of them idk
