What's your favourite vegetable?

I used to love spring onions but now I don't know what my favourite could be. Never used to like carrots but now I LOVE them, I enjoy just eating them raw now and love them in a soup or spaghetti bolognese. Its the same with peas, couldn't stand them but now I'll just throw them in with anything, it's funny how taste buds change.

At the moment, my favourite would probably have to be a carrot.

Brussel sprouts, squash (particularly butternut and spaghetti), mushrooms and onions (both when cooked), tomatoes, baby spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, green peas and carrots (uncooked, out of the garden), Eastham turnip.

I love most veggies, although some of the more bitter greens I can pass on. For the most part, I like raw veggies over cooked, with the exception of shrooms and onions.

Brussels sprouuuutts!!! Broccoli as well! Literally, the two veggies that people don't typically like are my favorite. Do onions count? Because I like onions.

I like lots of vegetables but I guess my favorite would be (perennial) celery. 😍 Just because of the taste. If you want to count tomatoes as a vegetable I'd have to give them an honorable mention. More honorable mentions to rucola, spinach, onions, ...

Theres not a vegetable I don't like. I love everything when cooked right.

Okra is really delicious, especially a well cooked bhindi masala. I'll always opt for an arugula salad over any other green leaf too.
I guess a vegetable I eat every single day is the carrot? So I guess that's my favorite? But I dunno, I love all of them.

I was gonna say bell peppers/capsicum, but it turns out they're fruit.. So are avocados!

I guess my all time favorite vegetable might be broccoli; idk, its just super satisfying to eat some lightly boiled broccoli. Carrots are great too because they can go in so many dishes.

I love potatoes but they're not as healthy to eat 🥲

I love almost every vegetable I’ve tried so far, but my faves are broccoli, brussel sprouts, carrots, cauliflower, potatoes and onions (especially red onions)! I’m probably forgetting a few. I also like turnips, squash, peas, green beans, spinach, lettuce and asparagus. Not sure if they’re 100% considered veggies, but corn and mushrooms as well!

I don’t like most vegetables uncooked, but I could eat steamed (with or without seasoning) broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans and brussel sprouts every day and I wouldn’t complain. My mom sometimes roasts asparagus in the oven and sprinkles parmesan cheese on it, and it is SOOO good. I love potatoes in any form— fries, baked, roasted, mashed, it’s all delicious!

The only veggies I enjoy uncooked are carrots, lettuce and… don’t judge me… onions. I don’t bite into raw onions like they’re apples or anything, but whenever I’m slicing/dicing one up to cook, I’ll eat a few pieces as I go along. I just like the taste of them idk 😭

ooooooh! off the top off my head; i love spinach, broccoli, potatoes, peas, cauliflower and lately i've really been enjoying boston lettuce! if i'm ever making a salad i usually use spinach cause i don't really like the texture or taste of iceberg or romaine lettuce, but i love how smooth boston lettuce is! i could literally just eat it right out the container, but i also love putting it in wraps or even use the pieces of the lettuce as the "bread" of my wraps/sandwiches

I love love vegetables! some of my favorites include broccoli, cauliflower, bok choy, mushrooms, asparagus, potatoes and eggplants; but honestly I’ll eat almost whatever veggies are given to me, unless it’s like celery or something. I don’t really like celery or the smell of it. I guess it’s tolerable but I definitely would rather do without it.

I'm a picky eater. The only vegetables I don't mind eating are potatoes (only when they're prepped), carrots, and broccoli. Everything else I'm wary of, appearance, texture, taste, and all. I need to broaden my horizons...

I love broccoli. I used to like corn on the cob, but I can’t eat that anymore, so I live without it. I’ll eat regular corn, though.

Broccoli is the best green vegetable but the humble potato also deserve a mention. There's also something really satisfying about eating bean sprouts. They have a good texture.

This is a tough one since i like a lot of vegetables. I like potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn, careots, green beans, peppers (red, yellow, orange), cucumber, peas. Probably more, but that’s all I can think of right now.

I love potatoes because its forms are always the best!

It can be mashed...

It can be diced...

It can even be a soup...

Its the most versatile of the vegetables and goes with everything. Sure, it has lots of starches but there a lot more unhealthier options out there.

My second favourite would have to be either cucumber or spinach. Unsure which one at the moment. I really like cucumber raw and there are many good cucumber recipes. However, spinach is very good when cooked and is in more recipes that I like so its hard to choose between the two.
