When does the "update" drop?

All updated. Yay! I don't understand why the mushroom mural is called that, though, since I don't see mushrooms on it. This must be a Mario thing that I don't get.

I'm a Mario fan and I can tell you what it is. Its basically an 8 bit Mario wallpaper with the Question Mark Blocks, Coins flashing Pipes, and Piranha plants coming up and down. Its based off of the original Super Mario Bros game on NES.

Likely named that way because the setting is the Mushroom Kingdom, it's the first world for the first Mario game which is what the wallpaper is based off of. (I'm pretty sure World 1 takes place in the Mushroom Kingdom, hardcore Mario fans correct me.)

Will snow disappear from tomorrow? Because rain is showing on my weather seed tomorrow and saying that snow ends on 2/25

Difficult question, is the whole thing the mushroom kingdom? The water levels, bowser's castle, or in later games, ice/desert/whatever levels? I'd imagine it similar to Zelda's kingdom of Hyrule, which is also just a combination of every area in the game that's inconsistent throughout the series

Personally the mushroom wallpaper is a bit too 'busy' for me to put it in my house. I'm excited for some of the other items though!

The snow is definitely gone from the ground and I think the weather will switch from snow to rain as well, since Isabelle announced the seasonal stuff (the spring bamboo) so I'm assuming the season officially changed?

At the same time there were still winter items in Ables' and Nooks, so I'm still not entirely certain.

Haha interesting take, but if the devs thought to name it "Mushroom Mural" that might be clue enough.
Only some of the levels take place in the Mushroom Kingdom. The ones with different climates usually take place in various other locations across their world. I'm pretty sure Peach only has jurisdiction over Toads (and maybe Lakitu) lol
