which villagers did they redesign?

i went to a nook island today and found biff! except i didn't recognize him at all lol his skin is def more red than other games. have they redesigned any other villagers?

Francine and Chrissy have the spots on their ears in different places and the spots on their eyelids (at least on Francine) is gone. I'm really not a fan of it; Francine just looks weird without her eyelid spots.
