Who are your permanent villagers, and who do you plan to move away?

These are my current villagers, the ones in bold are permanent:

Judy
Diana
Raymond
Sherb
Bunnie
Kyle
Lolly
Cookie
I'm planning on having Wolfgang as my permanent cranky villager but I'm not sure about the other two, though they won't be sisterly or jock villagers as I'm not as keen on the personalities and there isn't any villager I will like well enough with them. I really like Freya, Vivian and Portia and wouldn't mind having one of them permanently but then it would be 3 snooty villagers and I think it could get too repetitive. I'll likely have either Cheri or Rosie as a second permanent peppy, or potentially both replacing Bunnie, while I might find Marshall again (previously had him on my island) and keep him as another permanent smug.

My perms are Sprocket, Raymond and Chadder. They are bound to my island; I won’t let them leave aha. Everyone else has more or less ended up as long stay due to attachment, but not entirely permanent. (At least not yet)
I sometimes ponder on letting one of my lazy villagers move (Cranston or Sherb), because I used to have three of them and the repeating dialogue burned my brain a bit.

The permanents I have right now are Angus, Sherb, Judy, Raymond and Dom. The latter four because they’re ‘rare’ villagers with no Amiibo cards and I just really like them overall.
My non-permanent ones are Genji, Phoebe, Rosie, Megan and Marshal. They’re all cool but I’m shamelessly ditching them in favor of the Sanrio villagers coming out on the 16th or whatever, so, y’know... Priorities

Those two were my first amiibos ever, love them!
I am thinking of having 8/9 villagers permanent and 1 or 2 where I can keep rotation for diversity

I was actually planning on letting go of Miranda in the future for story purposes but she has grown on me so much I don't want to let her go now.

Bob and Marina. Fuschia is my favorite uchi and Dom is my "favorite" jock so I don't /think/ they'll leave. I love Puddles, Cleo, and Judy but they might go if I find someone I really love. Eugene and Hamphrey are the next to go. I'm getting Tangy today and I think she'll be permanent. ^^

All of my villagers are probably permanent: Raymond, Ankha, Merry, Mitzi, Katt, Kid Cat, Bob, Tom, Julian, and Audie. I spent way too much time at the campsite getting them all and have kept their houses and wardrobe 100 percent untouched.
Although I might be tempted to swap Audie for Skye since Normals are my favorite type. I had Skye as a starter in my first NH game and it was hard letting her go. I had her on this file too and moved her out again and sort of regret it.
Still haven't made up my mind though.

I move most villagers out. I've built up a decent collection of Amiibo cards, so I feel secure knowing I can bring villagers back if I miss them. The ones that have turned out to be permanent for me are Colton, Sterling, Reneigh, and Raymond. I've had over 100 other villagers and received photos from most of them. I like having new villagers that fit whatever my current theme is. And I like decorating with their various houses to fit the themes.

My current villagers are: Flo, Nibbles, Dora, Phoebe, Bill, Benedict, Gayle, Leonardo, Keaton, Butch.
I'm not a huge fan of Flo, but I can't bring myself to let her go (she was my first villager). I have a soft spot for Bill, Leonardo and Keaton, they aren't totally my style but something about them is cute. I love Butch, even though he's grumpy, he's still super nice. I love Nibbled and Gayle. I feel blah about Phoebe and Dora, but Dora's house style suits part of my island really well. I really want a sanrio villager so I might get rid of Phoebe but I feel so so guilty !

I was going to make Ed and Buck my permanents as I tend to try keep my day ones with me. But I am starting to find more villagers that I enjoy and want to get to know A few of my permanents are Muffy, Pietro and Kiki

On Natsukashi I'm keeping Dom, Peirce, Tiffany, Avery, Kidd, Judy and Dobie. Stitches needs to leave so I can put Raymond in his place, somehow.
I'm unsure if I will keep Audie and Reneigh thou. I got them when they were highly valued so I won't get back what I bought them for (not that I remember the amount I bought them for anyway). I also really want other villagers who better match my island theme, both in looks and house exterior. But I also want them to go to good homes.
For Willowisp I have most of my dreamies cards.
Bella, Eugene, Kyle, Jacques and Cyd are gonna stay.
Simon needs to leave and I think one other villager so I can get Raymond and move in another villager.
Snake and Static, while cool, are possible move outs.
I actually have the opposite problem with Willowisp then I do with Natsukashi; I want too many villagers for Willowisp so I gotta widdle down my choices. Coco, Raddle, Diana, Walker and maybe another would all go very well with Willowisp's theme, but I can't move them all in :*)
Also Raymond is a special case. While I want him for both islands, if I could only have him one one it'd be Willowisp, so now there would be an open spot for a totally new villager.
