I know there has been lots of debate about this so i figured i would make a pole... Will you time travel if your able to?

I'm guessing you're making the poll right now

if time travel is possible, i likely won’t use it unless necessary because i sped my way through new leaf and i wanna take my time in new horizons and play just one day at a time.

Yep this is the order of the day in Animal Crossing. Just take your time and prepare for it take a long while to get your town looking anything like how you envisage.

I certainly won't be using it if it's possible.

I won't be. Usually when I play AC the only two forms of metagaming I refuse to use is TTing and outright cheating/duping. This time I won't be TTing or duping in addition to not resetting for maps/villagers/fruit and googling things less.

Yep. A full time job and other responsibilities sometimes makes playing frequently impossible so if it means I can enjoy the game more I absolutely will.

No. I've never TT with New Leaf even if I'm missed days with my busy schedule. If I miss something, then oh well. There is always next time next year. That is part of the charm of the game for me. And that is why I still haven't seen Festival because I never play during Festival season for some reason.

So, I'll prolly TT after playing for as long as possible! Or if I've missed a holiday or Birthday or something special (๑❛︎ڡ❛︎๑)☆︎

Sure, but not at first I’ll play as I go along (in other news, Tom Nook in WW has refused to sell me a net for almost a week since I started and villagers refuse to give foreign fruits)

i want to play every day for a whole year without time traveling, but if i need to visit a store and it's been an hour or 2 since it's been closed i may somehow find a way to break into it (time travel y'all)

No, unless absolutely required -- such as a missed Holiday.

No, but once I feel like I've experienced everything the game has to offer, maybe in a couple years, I'll TT for fish and bugs to finish my encyclopedia. That's what I'm doing with New Leaf.

Nah, I don't want to obsess over things like that anymore (like having everything go perfectly). With all that crafting and such I'm sure the nighttime will be more enjoyable too, but I might change the time inside the game if the schedule is terrible for me.

In the beginning I?m going to try not to. At least, never skipping a day ahead and just within the day if I miss the shops opening. A lot of people probably will so I could just buy anything I need to from their online shops. After the game has been out for a while I probably will though.

The only time I plan on TTing is for daylight savings time, which doesn't really count in my opinion. I don't have a problem with people doing it in their games, but I prefer not to myself.

I probably will- though I'll try to keep to a minimum, I just get kinda impatient waiting for stuff qwq

Pretty much this, unless I can get all the bugs and fish within the first year.
