You can build houses on the beach!

People probably already know this but I think it's a cool addition Maybe later on I'll make move some houses and a beach neighborhood, as long as it doesn't get in the way of fishing.

Being able to put houses on the beach is one of the many new additions to NH that I love! Right now I have one side character living on the beach, but I've seen parts of my beaches which have loads of space for stuff, so I think I might have another side character living on the beach. Not sure if I want any animal villagers to have beach houses yet, though.

You know, it would be cool if we could build houses and decorate them without personal usage. Like in this case we could build a beach cottage that everyone could visit and spend time in.
