Probably both, but I lean more towards pools because they're available everywhere. The closest beach to me is like 2 hours away. So it's not like I can always go there and it's convenient to have a bunch of places I can swim if I really want to. I did go to the Caribbeans this year so it was really nice seeing that kind of clear beach full of coral and sea-life.
Don't mind the date. I had to keep reseting the underwater camera cause it was being annoying and not working. So many of with dives/snorkeling weren't recorded. And I saw some cool things.
I like both! I prefer beach overall in terms of the feeling, but pool if I want to swim for exercise. I don’t do well swimming in the ocean, being tossed around by waves and getting salty water up my nose. But I love ocean water and walks along the beach!
Problem is, I have never been to the beach, but I think I would enjoy it if I could hunt for clams and see marine animals in the small tide pools to look at
The beach I think! I don't live near one and I've definitely hurt my feet stepping on shells in the water lol, but I really love the ocean!! ;v; I haven't been in a swimming pool in a long time since my family doesn't have one, and I cannot be convinced to step foot near a public pool bc those things set off my germaphobia big time. Private pools are okay, but if I'm gonna get water in my eyes, I feel like ocean water hurts less lol
also I cannot swim so there's not a whole lot I can do in the water in either case LOL
I honestly don't like either because I don't like swimming. If I had to choose though, I'd pick the pool because sand and stepping on sea creatures sucks.
I like both. It’s why I love our vacation place we go to in August. We have a timeshare on the beach with a pool so we can enjoy both. I don’t go to the beach as often as I’d like since it’s over an hour away.
Pool. Purely because sand and wet skin are the worst combo I do like the beach tho I just wear crocs then wash my feet off when I get back to the car. I much prefer searching for crabs in the rock pools than I do swimming in the sea
i think i prefer pools but i haven’t been too a proper saltwater beach before so i don’t know i’ve been to the “beach front” of lakes but i don’t think it’d compare to a nice clean salt water beach. the “beaches” i’ve been too have been kinda gross unfortunately
I've never been to the beach and I've had a pool a few times so I'll say pool. Though we had to shut down our pool early, sadly. It's just too much work and too expensive to keep up with.
They both have their merits. I'd honestly say a pool is better for relaxing on a holiday, but beach is much better for a day out. Bare in mind that's based on me living in like, the most landlocked place in the UK lol
