I LOVE Christmas candle scents. My favorite has to be scent of a pine tree or something like that from a store similar to bath and body works. I love most scents from bath and body works, but seasonal ones are definitely my favorite.
There's a candle called coastal woods by mainstay, which describeds a driftwood scent or something or other lol...I like that one a lot. Anything pine, lilac, or fresh cotton/linen.
I'm not a fan of anything food or berry scented really.
idk if they still do the range but yankee candle had a barbershop collection and everything in it smelled like heaven, especially the one just called barbershop mmmmm. generally though i like minty/autumnal/winter candles, i'm also rly basic and love anything pumpkin smelling. i hate citrus candles or anything sickly tho
Unsurprisingly, I tend to favor autumnal scents, particularly pumpkin and pumpkin-spiced scents. I don't really use candles outside of Autumn and Winter, so I don't tend to explore that far beyond seasonally-appropriate scents.
My Homeworx Kitchen Lemon candle is almost gone, so I was going through my stash for the next in line (yes, I have a candle stash, don't judge me). Since fall's almost here, and I'm done with summer, I'm leaning toward something autumn-yummy. I've narrowed it down to Homeworx Pumpkin Caramel Corn (which seriously makes me hungry) or Frostbeard Reading at the Cafe (coffee & chocolate pastry).
I might do the Frostbeard first, since it's a smaller candle, will burn through faster, and I can buy it again. I don't know if that Homeworx scent is still available.
i like a bunch of candles. the past few days i've been burning a fig scented one, but i also like lavender, vanilla, pumpkin, and cinnamon. the more food-scented candles aren't really my favorite, but if i've been gifted one i surely wouldn't not use it !
I love Yankee Candles and honestly anything from Home Goods. You can't go wrong with a vanilla scent mixed with something else . I also love baked good candles so much! I love my place smelling like a sweet bakeshop.
Used to be a LOT more into scented candles. Sadly not anymore.
A recent one that came to mind would be Trader Joe's Limited Edition (??) Cedar Balsam scented candles.
Excellent charming scent, great prices.
Such intense winter holiday-y feel....very much looking forward to the colder weather, yup.
Honestly sweet scents are my fav ☺ currently burning Strawberry Shortcake from Bath & Body Works, it's so good! The Cactus Blossom scent is a candle I just finished out, sad it's gone
Yankee Candle is great, I also love holiday scents from them. Always go with the votive or giant jar candles, never in-between sizes not a holiday scent, but they discontinued one of my fav scents, Black Coconut. It was coconut, cedarwood and island blossom scents. Such a good smell
Also it was a ritual for my mom to have a Pink Sands Yankee Candle burning at all times as I was growing up.
omg i truly missed the scent "baked cookies" from bath & body works. that was the best scent ever!!! ):
i love anything vanilla scented or clean like fresh linen/cotton as well... my addiction with candles is not a joke.
i wait for huge sales in order to bulk buy them because i usually like burning them throughout the year. it makes my house feel more cozy.
I usually don't do candles, but I do have a couple I keep on hand just incase the electricity goes out or if someone drops a stink bomb lol. It is almost always cinnamon one. If it isn't that, then it is a cinnamon apple or some sort of Christmas scent which, you guessed it, would have cinnamon in it. lol.
