Translation:
The villager of your birth month will become your new best friend in New Horizons.

No idea what they mean by best friend or what it will do (if anything).
Some popular dreamies are in the line-up, it looks promising!

I wonder if those 12 are the "only" best friends? Or if it's just showing them as examples? Also, why are those animals listed for months that aren't their own birthday? Strange.

I think I'll make my main character with April as the birthday month just to see what happens. Will that make a higher likelihood of getting Rosie on my island? Will I have to have her as a best friend?

Huh I wonder if this will be a thing or maybe it's just a tongue and cheek comment that isn't necessary stating a fact about the game. There are a bunch of interesting villagers around my birthday, none of my favorites though.
It would be a cool feature if villagers with the same birth month as you rose their friendship quicker with you
