honestly, for 4 with anyone that hasn't solved time zones may actually fudge this answer up. look for something very close to but not exactly on the date as well, maybe

And the us/europe versions of dates are different: month/day/year vs day/month/year.

Try doing the columns differently, maybe? If you write the first vertical column of letters top to bottom, 2nd vertical column of letters to the right, etc... when you finish putting all in columns, try reading left to right.

mean tbf one should reasonably expect a us based website to us us based ordering, but still yeah

well, actually, in this case, afaik, it's just the eu (and maybe au, idr) that orders as such. even non-us based areas to my knowledge still follow the same us ordering pattern for dates

You’ll have to write them in columns from the exact order the text was written in. Like if you’re righting the word “straight” in two four-letter columns, the first column from top to bottom is STRA, and the second from top to bottom is IGHT.

It’s going to look jibberish anyway, but if you write the text in columns, the text in rows should spell actual words, some are separated by rows.

omg thank you! i am so dumb, i was missing a letter. and then when i figured out the dumb kicked in again and i forgot when u put something in the redeem box it has to be all caps. good lord my brain is just mush tonight. thank you again!

Glad you got it figured out! So hard to try to put hints and stuff when we can't put too much.

And we still have more puzzles to go!
I hope they aren't super difficult toward the end, lol.

If you managed to get the message and if you follow the message, copy the letters that the message tells you and that is your code
