Actually reading back on election day I noticed that Toads brought up Evan and another as not posting enough or only posting content that seemed like somebody trying to come off as contributive when their contributions are fluff and yet much more recently Toads has continued to delay scrutinizing Evan over this? It comes off to me as an effort to distance without fully putting too much scrutiny on a teammate. A part of this is gut and it is probably because they have also done something scummy in that Toads was overly defensive and Evan is genuinely not active when I expect him to be and his contributions are indeed fluff or trying to come across as pro-town by being critical of the Punchy and Dolby situation, although I was too so call me a hypocrite if you want.

Idk, I just really dislike that Toads is repeating behavior in his regard for Evan and it comes off as hesitant because by now he should be more sus than he was then but he seemed a little harsher when he called his posts falsely contributive on election day. None of that changed from then and now and yet he is dialed back which is why I have this theory of their partnership.

Thoughts roughly page 34:
Locket clearly is very disengaged and so I slightly tr her for that since I don?t think a maf would dumbtell so spectacularly. Though it could be a ploy, but tbh I think it?s more of a town indicator if anything.

Ness claims blue, which only solidifies my support of him for president.

Vanessa susses rune but I don?t see why? At least on the page I?m at right now.

Dad writes a characteristic longass post about people he wants to look into more and seems suspicious of Ness but trusts him for now. He also wants to look into toads more, and tbh I kind of want to as well. I get toads? rationale but at the same time?he?s just been kind of weird

It's 2 am and I need to get to bed but I want to put up a brief reads list and how I feel about some people.

Confirmed town:
Punchy
Dolby

Anyone doubting these two are either not paying attention or deliberately trying to make them look bad, which is sketch af.

Ness - incredibly hard to fake role, and it is confirmable. Though he could have made it up and that would make it super easy for mafs to not kill him, because he's on their team...yeah no it's just so damn unlikely with how specific that claim is. 100% within Trundle's realm of acceptability to put in a crazy ass role like that in an experimental game. No reason to doubt him aside from my nagging feeling that the claim (and the presidency) essentially gives Ness almost 100% survivability. He has been incredibly pro-town and proactive with his posts - if he is in the .01% change that he's scum, he deserves to win the game



Townleans:
Tina - very much anti-BOTW scum meta. Asking questions and not afraid to state opinions on people

Hikari - very weak townlean; while I like some of their posts they seem rather absentee (like myself so yeah I'm a hypocrite, but I have good reason)

Locket - as I've stated, I doubt she'd be this careless/clueless as scum

Byngo - I am seeing a lot of town meta behavior in her posts and style. A hard one to read usually, but I'm decently confident Byngo is town rn. But she has somewhat of a toads-like issue in that I cannot recall many solid positions she's taken atm. May slide her to null after a re-read



Null, have doubts:
Vanessa - idk but something feels off. She seems to be mainly just calling out or defending lurkers...and focusing heavily on Rune, who deserves to be focused on, but...perhaps she's trying to throw a teammate under the bus? idk

Heyden - chele seemed pretty townie in her posts before being replaced, Heyden has seemed kinda checked out so idk. Need more posts from him to get a better read

Dad - something reminds me of his scum meta I've seen before but it's hard to put a finger on it right now. He is focusing mainly on lurkers it seems - which is slightly concerning as that could be fertile grounds for maf to scrounge up a case. I can't put him in scumleans though because he does make some good points

Biancasbotique - asking dumb questions, playing stupid games and winning stupid prizes. Hard to get a solid read on her because she's reflecting town and scum meta. Always difficult to nail down - tbh I feel like her behavior is rather townie Bianca like, but the actual content is either pretty worthless or just...not what we should be focusing on rn.

Jacob - he's asked some good questions, but I am a little sus of him noting his own activity levels, like he knew he'd have to defend himself on that point. He is making sense in a lot of his posts; will keep my eye on him.



Scumleans:
Rune - has not been paying much attention and continues to doubt nigh-100% confirmed people. I've done **** like this as scum as well and would not be surprised if Rune is trying to do the same thing. Though I agree with dolby that the pileup from some particular folks is a bit suspect, in a vacuum, Rune is hella sketch and I don't think we should give him a pass.

glow - I'll be blunt: with some of her posts/ideas, I've seen better **** coming from a cow's behind. I don't understand why she is focusing on what she is focusing on or why she's doubting Ness so much. Ily bb but please try to not be so incomprehensible

ITYW - Initially thought he was kind of townie but good God he's even worse than glow. Punctuation and proofreading before clicking "post quick reply" would reallllllllllly help.

toadsworthy - I get his presidential campaign, and yet it seems rather convenient, and a lot of his d0 behavior has been pretty weird, to say the least. My tortured mind is struggling to think of many solid positions he's taken this game - perhaps he has and I'm just missing it

Ugh I hate it when people turn around and confound me. I think Evan's townreads above are a great deal cautionless (particularly with Locket and Tina) and I would like to see further explanation on what he likes about Hikari's content.

However his null read on Jacob is making me look back and he's right about a level of self-awareness coming out and being put out there unsolicited in a way I don't like. And yeah Heyden seems checked out.

But yes Evan I am looking at coasters right now because the people that -do- provide content are either tricky to read or I townread them for now and it's a lot of them. Toads is the only person with a body of content in the game that I find scummy and a lot of my suspects are people who get by as mafia by coasting so yeah I am focusing on that because I think it can be a team strategy like it was in BotW.

And nah I don't think Vanessa and Rune are on the same team but I think it's very likely one of them is mafia, this doesn't seem like a town vs town quarrel. I feel like I was on Rune's side here yesterday but Vanessa's today. His reaction to me accusing him of fluff earlier in the election day seems different than his reaction during the heat people have put on him since night started and idk what to think of it yet but it feels off because the behavior is notably different.

yes I did because at the time, Evan's posts were bad and he was pretty MIA. I chose to focus on the other three because I had more solid feelings. Plus in almost all the games I'm in, I want to lynch Evan right away, and in like the last three he was town. So I didn't want to push on him again. I'm always the first one to say, let's lynch inactive because they largely stay away from any drama and I think it holds true here too, but its still too early to open up that idea, I think Day 2 is when I'm usually more sus of the inactive. I do like Evan's reads list and the fact that he put in effort to make them. They are pretty rushed, but we know where he stands on everyone rn

Jacob and Evan fall into the "posting to be noticed" category where they are trying to come across like they are active and helpful, but when you read their posts they don't have any content really.

this reads shovey to you? I threw him in with Jacob. Jacob continued to just post filler. Evan was quiet. Who would you focus more on? Its not inconsistent either, I had an opinion on Evan earlier on and I would've Null-ed or town-leaned him the next time I did reads, but you brought this up before I got a chance.
