Any hope for new breeds

I’d love foxes! Turtles and hedgehog villagers would be cute. Even though they are special characters I still hope for villagers like them.

I'm a little bit sceptic about it, but I do hope so and I don't see why they couldn't add at least one new type if animal to the batch. If they do I hope it's something with a creative design, like the octopuses, anteaters and such.
I'm really looking forward to new villagers of any type to be released, though

i just realized tortimer is the only turtle in animal crossing... they really should make a turtle line of vilagers

Foxes would be really neat. I would go with that. I'm hoping for at least one new species of animal to be added to the game as well. If they do add another, I would like to get at least one of them on my island, maybe two.

I don't think they confirmed this. They did confirm no new villager personality types, which could still mean new villagers created with existing personality types!

i would love if squid or dolphins/sharks/whales made it in. more aquatically themed species would fit in really well. i also hope we get new octopus villagers! marina is a doll.

The only new species I would like to see added. No new villagers, please. We don't need Nintendo to go down the GameFreak/Pok?mon road once there are too many villagers.

Yes, I agree about the bats ... lol ... but turtles and foxes would be awesome and maybe some brightly coloured tropical birds?

Part of me wonders if they will even include new animals as villagers at all in the game. And if so, when
they gonna show us their designs. I mean, I sure hope new animals are in the game, like, I would love to
have foxes as villagers and the idea of hedgehog villagers also sounds cute.
