Are you invisible?

I have my status set to show when I'm online, not that it really matters but it feels weird to have it set to invisible for me. people may make assumptions based on my online status, but the best case is that I simply come and go a lot throughout the day.

way back when, I used to have my status turned on as well. but like, why do people need to see what I'm doing lol? that's my business.

update, I am now invisible haha. I'm not really sure what prompted me to do it, I think just because my activity on here is so sporadic and seeing that I'm online really doesn't mean anything. I can (almost always) easily jump on here if someone sends me a DM, even if I'm not online, so I feel like the online status is kinda useless.

Yeah, I'm set to invisible and I'm pretty sure it's been that way for years. I don't see a reason for people to know why I'm online or what I've been looking at. I prefer having more privacy for sure. :>

I have both turned off because I'm known to keep pages open so it may look like I'm on when not, and if someone is waiting for me to reply to a message or something I don't want them to theorize something is wrong or that I'm staring at some page.

I hope I'm invisible! Those little show current activity and online boxes are definitely not checked. The reason - mafia!

I really don't care if people see my activity, but the one exception is mafia games. For those, if I'm mafia, I tend to lurk the thread to keep up with what's going on, but I don't respond to things right away so i don't look like anxious maf.

That would be kind of an embarrassing way to get caught out, lurking the thread but not posting or responding haha.

I keep myself online when I am doing trades, it makes it easier for the others to know I am still online.

I have mine on as default, never considered turning it off. I didn't realize people can see what page I'm currently looking at thouh, I've never noticed that for other people.
I don't think I'll turn it off, but I'll keep it in the back of my mind. If anything maybe the "currently looking at" one since I tend to just open a bunch of tabs and leave them there.

I am always visible. As a long, long, long time forum user being able to see who's online is an integral part of the forum experience. I would prefer it if people just left it on visible, it's neat to see who is online at the moment. I'm not going to stop you from hiding though, I'm not interested in that and neither could I.
