Are you still happy with...? PART 3: Your native fruit

At first, I wanted apples as my native fruit. Now, I have oranges and I am completely happy with them!

I love oranges in real life - it's one of the few fruits I like to eat - but I can no longer drink the juice of which is a bummer because I love orange juice!

I guess having them all over my island is a bit ehhh because it's a reminder of real life.

Pears, peaches, or cherries would have been nice.

i got oranges and i wouldn't change it, but i honestly didn't mind what fruit i got as long as it wasn't pears.

My native fruits are peaches. And I don't mind, as others have said it's easy to get other kinds of fruits. I did get a few peach DIYs for one of the first starter homes, and they look cute as well.

Right now I have a gigantic orchard with all kinds of fruit anyways. I must admit that once I figured out it was much easier to earn money with non-native fruits, I lost interest in my peaches a bit. But there's still a good number of peach trees around on my island, there should be at least 10.

The only downside about having peaches as a native fruit is that the peach collectible on here is sold out, so I can't make a lineup that includes both my native flowers AND my native fruit

I hoped for cherries or apples but I ended up with peaches. Since there are no perfect fruit it doesn't really matter which fruit I have and I already got all the fruit DIYs anyways.

So even though peaches aren't my favourites, I wouldn't change it now.

peaches were my first on now both my islands, really would of preffered apples, but for the second only did restarts till the villagers were good enough, wouldnt want to try for villagers and fruit, would probably take forever

I didn't mind what fruit to start off with because you can plant all kinds eventually. Does this even matter? (This poll applies only to people who doesn't have a Nintendo online membership. Then again, you can still trade with players locally.)

I got peaches which I've always had, but funny enough I'm just not a big fan. It doesn't bother me or anything but if I was magically given the chance to just snap my fingers and change my native fruit, I definitely would. I think I would go for apples or pears.

I think I still have the most peach trees out of any fruit tree, but I've definitely replaced a lot of them with apple trees!​

I got peaches as my native fruit which I'm happy with. I honestly was just trying to avoid getting cherries as I've had them in many other AC playthroughs. I ended up (as I usually do) going a bit heavier into apple trees for decoration at the start of my game as they're essentially my favorite fruit aesthetically in AC.

I’ve got peaches which I’m super happy with since they’re a close #2, but I slightly prefer apples over peaches.

I got peaches, though my favourite was always oranges. However, I wanted to play the game as natural as possible so I did not reset.. it doesn't really matter anyway because I traded for all the other fruit later on.

But if I could change I would have chosen oranges

I don’t have a problem with my native fruit which is peaches. What I do have a problem with is lack of variety. Having only six fruits (includes coconuts) really limits your ability to mix things up.

I have apples, and like apples. My favorite fall drink is apple cider (non-alcoholic kind) and apples just make me happy for some reason. I guess because apples make me think fall, and I consider my birthday to be early fall (even though, since it's September 4, it's technically late summer) so fall reminds me of that. Plus it's not too hot like summer, or too cold like winter.

I have peaches & I’m happy with it! Peaches & apples were the fruits I wanted (peaches more if perfect fruit existed)...

I did reset a few times to get either peaches or apples and a non-green airport (it’s too bright) but didn’t care which of the two I got

I have pears, if I could have chosen I would have picked cherries. Cherries is my secondary fruit though. Honestly I love that we can move trees around how we want, and I don't really mind having pears as the native fruit. I only kept a small handful of each fruit for making things, I don't like having too many trees so I put just what I felt I needed of each.

Wouldn't want anything other than apples. I map reset a lot in the beginning, so I'm happy the map I settled on still had apples as the native fruit. Would have been a heartbreaking 3+ hours otherwise.

The time has finally come on my island for them to shine. I love the way apple trees look during the fall and winter months. Now I just need to build an apple cider/apple picking area and we'll be all set!

They're also my favorite fruit of the ones available.

out of literally every fruit we have in the game, pears are the only ones i'm not fond of. never have been for some reason. and guess which one is my island's native fruit? i honestly don't mind now, because i've been able to obtain all the other fruits via exploring and trading on this forum (you guys are the best, seriously), but when i first started? i wasn't fond of seeing pears literally everywhere. i love green though, so that was an upside to it.

it.. it took me a lot longer than i am willing to admit to even discover there were other fruits ;v
