I've been jamming to the rapper Prof every day for the past couple months, my sister is the only one who seems to understand my obsession with this man.
I think Jeremy Messersmith is very underrated. He’s an indie folk musician reminiscent of Elliot Smith. Both have a similar sound, although Jeremy’s lyrics are much more optimistic. His song A Boy, A Girl, and A Graveyard is the best place to start in my opinion. The song sums up his style of lyrics and composition quite well.
What’s one holiday you think deserves more attention?
Easter and Valentine’s day! I think the people who go all out for Halloween and Christmas should decorate just as much for these holidays as they do for the more popular ones, provided they celebrate or enjoy those holidays and have the interest/money c:
"Cause even in the darkest depths the flowers will bloom"
My favorite line from my favorite song, albeit not a song originally in English, but it just means that even the people who are troubled by the most still have a chance to shine if they really try.
Hmmm, I guess I'll say the lyrics to Orgasmatron by Motorhead. It's such a clever song, I read it as a sort of personification of powerful figures who deceive the masses.

Damn good question! It's sooo HARD to choose just one as many of them are fantastic! That being said, I suppose I'll go w/ the one I've been listening to a lot lately: Dark Tranquillity!
