I'm googling and seeing some Pokemon references. the "fake tears" move in fighting. There's a fire type of Pokemon?

I think the only thing in the actual games that references tic tac toe is a kotatsu- it’s one of the colorway options. Been searching for dodo dialogue but that didn’t pan out!
