awwww such a cute character, i'll do my absolute best!! i'm not very good with hats, so i'll let you know if i have trouble making it look good during sketching phase so we can switch to your island rep, since that's okay with you ^^ i'm feeling confident though and i need to face my fear of hats x) i'll pm you shortly with my paypal!
 
Definitely eyeing a RLC comission, I've got this thread bookmarked for the future! I just need to limit my spending in the museum because it's a slippery slope. D:
