God I'm so lost and I don't have the motivation or energy to read through everything.. When I skimmed, I saw a few posts saying I'm sus/coasting which is weird to me because I've had my own opinions and have been trying to contribute throughout the whole game lol? I only started being quiet since the beginning of day 4 but I made it known I'm going thru stuff rn. I'm emotionally all over the place so it's v difficult to focus and think when I come to this thread.
Can whoever finds me sus explain why so I can defend myself pls. After the punchy lunch we can't afford anymore mislynches and I don't want my absence to be a cause for suspicion against me and then potentially getting lynched/modkilled because then town is screwed and I would feel so so bad if I did that to you guys my first game. ;/

Evan - hmm. I had concerns as he seemed so different to last game where he was Town, and aggressively scum-hunting and leading, but discarded them during the Win / Con thing with Punchy. I considered him essentially Confirmed Town from then on. It was later pointed out (by Dad + Rune from memory) that Town's role PM had been available to check since EoD1 (Dedenne2 was MLd) AND that Mafia definitely did *not* have a Win / Con in their own role PM's (as Tom's was revealed D2), meaning that scum!Evan was absolutely possible after all. Of particular concern for me was, and is now, this from post # 218 :



- at the time (I was following the game) I thought this was either a bus, or an attempt to be seen as helpful Town regardless of whether the FireNinja lynch went ahead or not, and whatever the results were. I read no Town motivation in this paragraph, it's not even "wishy-washy" - the two positions are just incompatible with each other (happy to lynch FN coz they'd done the "most demonstrably scummy thing so far this game" yet felt it was not at all something scum!FN would do based on a previous game where they were scummates.

Now that FN is Town-locked, obviously Evan wasn't bussing here.

Also if I were "bussing" Tom then that would force my team into a position of needing to vote for him. So although you make a good point, wouldn't it look bad if she strayed off of Tom and onto Ryumia ? Especially if / since he flipped mafia ?

You're right about everything lol I say stuff but then I don't stand behind it and tend to look at other people's opinions. I'm aware I constantly go back and forth and am indecisive, it's a horrible trait I have irl not just in this game. I'm just nervous about ****ing up real bad, esp after the dedenne lynch. There's really no excuse to any of it other than I have no idea what the **** I'm doing and I'm naturally indecisive. :') horrible defense, ik, I just wasn't expecting Evan to go so hard on me LMAO.

Also good point, but I honestly think you could be skilled/perceptive enough to see Tom was only gonna be a liability to you early on. The inactives thing could easily help you look town whenever Tom flipped. And kam could have tried her best to save mafia Joat by redirecting to ryu after I went lowkey ape**** on ryu. Essentially you could have positioned the team to look toughish on Tom but also give him a chance to live

Do I think that happened? No but that is a possible explanation. I think rather than ISO you I’ll look at your activity again and make broad points; it’ll (a) be really hard to concisely ISO you and (b) I more know what I’m looking for here

Well here’s the thing

Townies can def be indecisive. I wanted to keep townreading you before the iso cuz you’ve been a constant for me this whole game. And I was a little leery of the rising sus against you for seemingly little reason

But even accounting for natural indecision, the stances you have taken have largely been shown to be incorrect and inconsistent. And I don’t see town motivation behind that

My concern is that the people who were softing sussing you will just piggyback on my ISO, and that the rest of the people will just gloss over it cuz it’s long.

Well I didn't know Tom would be "inactive" this game ? When I used to play with him he was super active actually. That's a stretch but why not. The thing with Tom is, people were literally saying they did not want to lynch him. If I were mafia, at that point why wouldn't I just keep my KP & my JOAT and save him for a later lynch ?
