Like Crash said. Most of those questions are pretty lame. The last could be a trick question. After 8 posts, you still can't post in the advertisement board. I think this guy means that the notice you get once you sign up that says after 8 posts, this message will go away. It shows you the intro board so you can go straight to the board. But the intro board is always there.
