If the item has indeed already shipped, I'm not sure what they can do about it now. Definitely see if you can track it using the number you were given, and if something's wrong there, contact the postal service. If it's not showing up at all, that's when I would contact Nintendo.

I was never given a tracking number. :/
 
Then I'd say go ahead and contact them.

I also just found under their support section of their site, that once shipped it should take between 4-11 business days to arrive. It's been long past that so something must have happened.
 
Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I contacted a Nintendo representative today and they are sending me a replacement order! Hopefully I get it this time lol. Closing this thread now. :)
