I very much agree with your take on Chick's case on Tom. Couldn't you say you are kind of doing the same thing as Chick though in that post? you bring up all the things that are scummy about chick (that have been said already too, but you didn't really read all the posts so thats understandable) and then say, oh well "I could still see them as town too." Although you point out how you are picking on the most available lynch candidate, it doesn't take away that you swooping in just when we were beginning to be suspicious and instantly harping more on the person getting sussed already is scummy.

He doesn't seem to be holding back at all. Very accusatory and confident. Unless he has an extensive mafia experience I'm putting him down as town.

Her posts don't feel exactly the same as they did in Zendel's Pokemon mafia, I have to go back and actually read them properly but I'm still not positive she's town.

I agree Kallie sounds exactly the same as alola, but i'm scared to town lock her like I did that game yet, because what if she is just an amazingly good town-mimic

I would have townread him for that too, but he is actually very confident as scum. If you have time maybe you can read Franchise War Mafia in which he was scum.


For the record, I'm not confident that Evan is scum yet. I need to analyse his posts more before I can decide to vote him today.

That's why I mentioned how it's ironic (second paragraph after the quote), it looks like I'm using the same tactic essentially however I'm trying to evaluate whether chick is scum or a newbie. End of the day though, I mentioned I'm leaning more towards scum so I support the lynch. Chick's case is a bit different because she brought Tom up and then just dropped the concept of him being town or scum all in the same post. It's like going up to someone, talking to them about a business venture you have you just came up with, and then saying "Nevermind, I don't really see any point to talk about this" afterwards.

I still feel he has some sort of agenda to each of his posts (besides the ones where he exploded on me which I also found scumminess in) and feel more confident voting for him over chick rn.

I was responding to chick who said "hey don't kill me, let's NL instead!" Noobish town possibly, but also a scum tactic as well since scum loves NLs. I also didn't think there was enough reason to vote for chick at the time but now I think there is.

What exactly about her "defense" urged you to vote her after saying you think we shouldn't? Her defense seemed like a general, regular (damn, word redundancy) thing to respond with? I just don't see how that one post of a few lines can change so much?

Another thing to mention, the way he jumped on Toad after Toad claimed "piggybacking", honestly, it kind of seemed that way to me too, as it was right after and he didn't really pull her up on anything Toad didn't, other than her word choice.. whereas Ness actually added something that added substance and got people talking. You just said you try to act calm, and I see your replies to Toad as anything but that.

She was being very vague and dodgy and didn't respond to people's questions. Her defense was very weak and essentially boiled down to "I'm good, Tom's prolly bad, don't kill me gais let's NL."

My response to the piggybacking thing was because I thought toad was picking a fight with me over a really weak and stupid reason (claiming piggybacking over the initials "FOS" is still really weird to me). Every game I say I try to keep calm but then blow up over something silly. Get used to it I'm not memeing as much this game since I have a lot less time to ****post since school started.

I will say that first voting doesn't necessarily guarantee someone is town, and now that Ness has probably brought it up every game for the last few games, a scum could do that just to try and get town cred. I voted first because I am pretty confident chick is scum. Nothing against her personally, just a strong suspicion.

I kind of agree but it's still tricky. I think there was one time that the person who suggested a NL was actually scum so there's definitely reason to suspect Chick for this. I'm so sleepy right now I can't think properly.

Btw I think mog's recent posts are townish.
