We would like to further address the topic of 3D printed submissions. Due to the medium used, which was not considered when preparing the event, we have asked that the digital rendering of the 3D model be included with the submission. This will allow us to consider the digital creation when judging the entries and also help prove that the model was made from scratch. We will be accepting the entry if it is resubmitted in a new post in this thread with at least one image of the digital model without gridlines, markers, settings, and other parts of the modelling software.

Hi there! Unfortunately I am unable to accept your entry due to the use of the bauble. However, I could accept the Bob you made out of clay if you were to submit him on his own and with a name card. If you could please do this in a new post I can then mark that as accepted. 🎅

Okay I will do that when I get home this evening !!

Here's my entry! A cute Julian ornament! ^^

This was inspired by these deer ornaments we tend to hang on our tree, as well as these angel figurines we hand on our chandelier in our dining room (images below for reference if you're interested!). I thought of doing a deer villager, but I wanted to make the decoration follow more of a "winter holiday" theme rather than being strictly for Christmas for those that don't celebrate Christmas. Julian is not only one of my favourite villagers, but his blue palette was very fitting for the "winter holiday" theme I wanted to go for! Also who wouldn't want to hang a shiny unicorn ornament in their home? 👀

I loved my festive fashion entry so much it inspired me to make an ornament.
I now present for your enjoyment; Tom Nook, holiday cook.
As you all know, Tom Nook loves bells. He thought he would give a little back this Toy Day.
He's not giving out real bells of course, but bell themed holiday cookies! 🍪 🦝 💰

More pictures and a couple of the Tom in progress bellow!

flashback to all those snowflake wand entries last year lmao

can be mounted to a wall, just balancing it with the corners, or placed onto a christmas tree (it's both big and light enough to just rest on top of some branches

View attachment 344533Did a quick doodle for this event since I didn’t have a lot time, but I Iove what I’ve done! Here’s a simple wreath with a Ruby angel hanging in the middle ❤️ Her birthday is also the same day as Christmas, it’s so cute!

Everyone’s entries are so lovely ahhh ✨💞
skar, do you know of the whole "rkgk" *posts mona lisa* joke? because this entry is on the level of that, imo

Hi @Monkey D Luffy! Unfortunately your entry appears to be missing a username. If you could please add your name to the image and then resubmit by uploading it in a new post I will then be able to accept it. Thank you! 🎅

There are 30.5 hours left to submit entries for the ornament round. If you have any questions feel free to ask first. 🎅

My ornament is inspired by stained-glass cookies/shakashaka (shaking) cookies. While individual Christmas cookies can be used as ornaments, I decided to take it one step forth and imagine if the cookies were preserved in a sugary stained-glass shell.
