Disney’s Magical World?

Hi!

Disneys Magical World 2 was announced at the last Nintendo Direct for the Switch. I was really shocked by this as I’ve really enjoyed games on the 3DS. Anyone else here play the 3DS games and excited for the new game? Maybe Disney’s Magical World 3 will one day happen!

I only played the first on. Disappointed at how none of my favourite Disney characters were present, I never purchased the sequel. Is it any good?

I played both and enjoyed them. I was hoping there would be a 3rd game, but maybe this is to see how well it ports to the Switch, and they are working on a new game.

Yeah I thought the second game was pretty good and they added a lot more characters from the first! The game is sorta similar to Animal Crossing, which is why I loved it so much.

Thanks so much for posting this. Huge fan of both games and will buy it for the Switch.
During the summer when it was hot I opened Magical World 2 and wished it was on the Switch.

Enjoyed the first game except for the game freezing in Cinderella World and Dungeon.
Game 2 improved the dancing levels but took away the gift giving to other players when they played online.

There is a lot of collecting you can do, with furniture and clothes. You interact with the Disney characters in almost the same way as the animals. From what I remember I think you do favors for the characters like you used to in AC? It’s been a while since I played. There is gathering of materials and crafting. There is also fishing! I think it is worth trying. I would recommend waiting for the switch version instead of the 3DS one though.

Ahh! I miss that feature! I want to run around and do favors for my peeps! That sounds like plenty of the stuff I like about AC but Disney-themed. And I'll hold out for the Switch one then!

Like they are adding Disney Magical World 2 to Switch. The same game from the 3DS?
I was playing it last week. There is still very few items I need to complete the game. But I have been DYING for a third. It’s been a while since the second came out. If they are still doing stuff with the series though, I’m hoping that means they are still considering making a third then.

I wonder if there's going to be any changes besides the DLC being part of the base game? I definitely love the upgrade to Switch graphics, but I still play it time to time on the 3DS so probably don't need another version if it's basically the same.

Super excited, always considered it to be an underrated gem played both 1/2 on 3ds but sadly had breaking glitches in both haha. Hope to see the bugs gone with the port from 2 overall cannot wait to dive in again!

I just seen the direct that announced Disney Magical World 2 on switched. But it said Enchanted edition and that Disney Magical World from Nintendo 3Ds is included. So I’m going to assuming they added to
The game? Or there is new dlc for the game? I hope so. It there is more to it then the 3ds, I will buy it for switch.

I was considering getting a second copy of the game to replay it without having to delete my old file, this release is perfect for me. I have to say I preferred battles in the first game though, they felt much more strategic and I hate that 2 added rooms you have to finish in a certain time.

i remember i had the demo for disneys magical world, and i had really wanted it on the 3ds! so i'm legitimately a little excited for it to be on the switch! i love disney so i'm definitely gonna be checking it out
