I've never done it. Many years ago I thought about dying it all white but I read that dark hair can't just go to white in one shot. Since I don't want any other color I dropped the idea.

I dyed my hair a lot of wild colors in my teens ahaha, and after going natural for a long time I'm starting to get back into it! I'm trying for pastel colors this time and my first attempt wasn't super successful, but I'm going to give another brand a try and see if it works better on my hair! A lot of stuff came up and I haven't felt like it/haven't had the time lol, but I'll hopefully get around to it soon since my roots are getting kinda long ahaha ;v;

Either after I'm done with pastels or if I just can't get them to work with my hair, I was thinking about going in the opposite direction and doing some more subtle near-black unnatural colors 👀 I've had my eyes on a lovely super-dark green shade for a while!

My natural hair colour is dark brown but I did dye it blonde quite a few years back, only intended to have it blonde for a short time but kept it for about 5 years. I've recently returned to my natural colour though and have no intention of dying it again for quite a while, always enjoyed the blonde but it was a lot of time and effort to maintain it and I still prefer my brown hair overall.

I don't. I wanted to as a kid but it probably wouldn't have worked out anyway unless I chose black. My hair is pretty dark. Maybe one day I'll try it when all my hair is white.

I dyed it once at a fairly pricey salon, but it faded in less than two weeks. So I concluded it wasn't worth the money to do it again lol.

I've only dyed my hair twice, and haven't done so since pre-pandemic. I first dyed it purple, but I didn't bleach it (I'm a natural brunette), so it just looked black unless in the light. It faded into a reddish, brownish, purpleish colour, which I didn't like and didn't suit me at all. I dyed my hair black the second time, which I liked a lot more and felt more confident with!

I definitely plan on dyeing my hair again eventually, maybe in the foreseeable future? 👀 I've been leaning towards blue, maybe this shade or one similar to it, but black hair with rainbow bangs is also calling my name....

a million times yes!! i bleach my hair maybe twice a year? my hair is black so i need multiple bleach sessions to make lighter colors stick hehe. during graduation pictorial season last february i had my hair dyed a light pink and im so happy how pastel they turned out!!

had my hair colored again for graduation season this month, i wanted it pink like my pictures but due to constraints i was only able to get it colored red. regardless, i pretty much stood out in the sea of graduates because my hair was bright red among all the regular black hair LOL

I get highlights at the hairdressers every 6 months or so. It brightens me up a bit. Whdd when I was a teenager I used to dye my hair red. I went very blonde for a while too.

so i think this barely constitutes as dye but i have gotten my hair highlighted twice. i’m currently trying to grow it out and let the highlights fade with time but i don’t think i can actually full on dye it without a lot of effort just because my hair is very dark (i have dark brown hair my roots are almost black) i like my natural hair color anyway.

I haven't, but sometimes I think about dyeing my hair a sandy brown. I had that hair color as a kid and it darkened over time until it became the very dark brown that it is now. I wouldn't do any unnatural colors since I'm already self conscious about my appearance and don't want to stand out too much.

No. I never have. I have thick wavy brown hair with a few white hairs. I noticed the first white hair when I was 25, and a got a few more over the years. I’m not going to dye it, though. I think it looks cool that way.
