He's a smooth-talking scammer. I doubt he feels bad about taking my bells. Why should I feel bad about not buying the fakes from him?

i think cousin redd is just a misunderstood fox i don't think he's meant to be a bad scammer because he gives off the vibe that he doesn't even know which art pieces from his own stock are real/fake. probably because of the way he names the art pieces something a child would name it compared to their actual names that made reach this conclusion.

i still buy from him despite being done with my art section whenever he shows up on my secret beach. gonna support his small business lol.

I still buy the fake stuff, if I wanna use decorative art, tbh. So it's not all bad. But when I am buying seriously I don't feel bad at all. He is trying to swindle you, and I'm sure he sleeps just fine when he thinks he has lol.

I don't feel bad outsmarting him; he is the one selling counterfeit art, after all. In the grand scheme of things, thought, he's definitely not the worst. Wouldn't be surprised if people in real life tried to sell fake art for millions, while it's only 5k in-game. I'm sure the real-world art market is a lot sketchier...
