Do you have any phobias?

mirrors and reflections make me very anxious for some reason, but i don't think it's extreme enough to call it a phobia. other than that i'm not scared of much else. ^^;

i used to have phonophobia but it doesnt affect me nearly as much anymore so i wouldnt call it a phobia now

I realized 2 more. I hate pills and stitches. I can't stand the fact that I would have to swallow a capsule whole, and I would die if I had to get stitches. I don't like looking at them either. Thank god I haven't had to have either of those yet. I would throw up (sorry peeps who hate that word) if I ever had to take a pill or wake up and see I have stitches.

oh, i forgot one! i'm actually really scared of surgery. not doctors, hospitals, needles, or anything like that, just surgery itself. i've heard so many stories about people being "awake" but paralyzed during surgery and it legit sounds like the scariest thing ever. D:

but they dont remember being awake. i was woken up in the middle of my back surgery in which the doctor asked me to wiggle my toes. i dont remember this at all & im okay with saying it never even happened lol. but in reality it did i suppose.


i have no true phobias in where it would hinder me in any type of activity.

i meant being able to feel everything but not being able to move. that's why i put awake in quotations, i didn't mean it literally! ><

I'm scared of way too much lolol but I am absolutely terrified of heights, except for when I'm on a plane. I fear banisters for this reason. I have one in my house and I cling to the wall because I'm terrified of making a wrong step and falling ;;"
I am terrified of spiders, in fact, I am terrified of most bugs. Bugs terrify me. Most bugs bite and/or are hairy and feeling them crawl on me is the worst. Bugs are qt's and all but I wouldn't let them crawl on me or anything crazy lmao
I'm scared of the Elf on The Shelf because of my fear of possessed dolls and demons. It's already creepy enough when it comes to its design, but the one my family has has done some weird stuff so I get really antsy around the holidays simply because it'll start showing up around my house and I'm the first person to get up in the morning so ofc I have to find out where it is by surprise. I'm scared of the paranormal in general, but particularly evil spirits because the idea of being friends with nice ghosts is semi-appealing but I don't mess with demons lmao nah
I have a bad fear of death, like I repress the knowledge that I'll die because it scares me so much. Ignorance is bliss.
There's probably more I'm scared of but that's all I can really think of :/

trypophobia (specifically unnatural clusters of reoccuring patterns)
seeing the indents of where the fish spine was on the fish makes me so uncomfortable to the point where i cry and vomit
darkness/small spaces, the combination of those two is hell
also i really hate feet but its not that bad

i don't know if it counts as a phobia, but whenever i have to swallow pills, no matter how small they might be, i get really anxious and can't swallow them. i either have to crush them, or if they're capsules, i just won't take them

I'm very afraid of most types of insects.

My worst fears are cockroaches and wasps.

I also am very unhappy about spiders, crickets, beetles, or any bug that remotely resembles a cockroach.

The last time I saw at wasp was in autumn and it scared me so bad I tripped over some furniture in my room in my attempt to get away from it. Clearly, I am very graceful.

Oh snap that reminds me: I'm very afraid of huge bodies of open water & bridges, big and small. I don't think it's a phobia per se but gosh dang if it doesn't scare the heebie jeebies outta me

i have a really bad fear of public speaking or speaking in front of a crowd, even if i know everyone in that crowd well - i.e: my own family, i couldn't speak on front of them. it's not happening.

another phobia would be tight spaces, although it varies based on my mood so i wouldn't call it a true fear of mine.
