I used to be really into bullet-journaling. I loved keeping a journal. But when it came to writing down my feelings and whatnot, it somehow made me feel even worse after writing everything down.
I'd love to start journaling again! But.. I'm just worried it'll make my mental health decline, lol. I like to journal, just not about my feelings, I guess. If that makes any sense.
I also really enjoy writing letters! Pen-paling and bullet-journaling were all the raveee in my friend group during COVID quarantine (around 2020-2021). I'd love to pick it up again! My favorite place to buy journals from is
Notebook Therapy. They have super cute designs and also very cute stationery! I love all the materials for journaling, idk. It makes me feel like I have my life on track, lol. Not sure if anyone can relate to that, or if that even makes any sense! But collecting stationery and other materials just feels nice ><
