If it me and mu friends doing something it's fun, gifts and cake is fun. It's just like any other day for me lol

But I'm not super crazy about them as I used to. But I do still enjoy them

I don't really like birthday parties... so much commosion because you where born the same day so many years ago... I don't really see the point.

That and I can't eat cake... the frosting is too sweet. :p

I just tend to go out to eat on my birthday and that's about it. Nice and simple!

I never had a birthday party, but I'd probably prefer a nice little gettogether with friends.

Not going to lie, I'm kinda excited to make a little birthday party, once my baby is there.
I just don't want to invite too many people, just something small and good food / cake. 😂

I wish I could select two options! I usually have a normal day with cake with my family, and then if possible, hang out with my friends! I've been very lucky to have generous friends who give me gifts on my birthday but I'm honestly content with eating a yummy meal with my friends and talking the afternoon away.

I like other people’s birthday parties, but for my own birthday I prefer a quiet get together with close friends. I hated when my mum would tell the restaurant it was my birthday, the whole place would be singing and I’d want to hide under the table.

The best birthday gift you can give me for my birthday is sweet solitude. I don't want to mingle with people at a party being an introvert. Though I do enjoy doing something with close family if I do something on my birthday.

I'm not a party person, so I choose a normal day except getting a cake, my family saying "happy birthday" to me, and buying my own present. That is all. 🎂

I love going to birthday parties but sadly l never had my own birthday party with many people :( But my brother and everyone else in my family had birthday parties. Birthday parties makes the day more exciting. I don't think l will ever get a chance to experience it on my b-day.

I use to love birthday parties as a kid, but now I just sorta want a guilt free day of doing nothing & eating good food, yk?

In general, I don't like birthday parties or regular parties at all. Nothing goes on except we eat and talk. I attend them to be polite, or I feign errands that day to get out of going.

Now, if we celebrate anything it's just us and some close family members having dinner and playing games. I never liked birthday cake, either. Not unless it's cookies n' cream ice cream cake.

In general, I love going to birthday parties if it involves close friends or family and they are the ones being celebrated.

Although, if we talk about celebrating my own birthday then I'd rather treat is as a "normal" day except I get cake, sometimes I will do something special like go hiking, go to the amusement park, go to a cave, concert or aquarium, but I don't consider doing those things a party. I remember when I turned 20 almost EVERYONE forgot my birthday... my parents forgot, my brother... even my SO at the time x.x I think that experience just put me off from wanting to celebrate my birthday again lol (which I don't mind, I'm much happier not having to plan out anything or being the "center of attention" just cause I made it through another year)

For my own birthday, I like to have special plans and get myself some type of special food and gift. Last year for my birthday, I got myself an additional Switch so I could have another island. This year, I might get a new sofa since the one I have is over 10 years old and hurts my back.

I usually get a cake from my mom sometimes around my birthday, like a few days after. I usually do nothing the day of my birthday, just chill.

I find birthdays to be incredibly useless. It's basically a selfishness pass. You get gifts, you get cake, and then move on and everyone forgets about it and then do it again. It's repetitive and I don't see the point other than personal gain through physical possessions, whether it be money or otherwise. It's why I don't celebrate my own birthday.

the bigger the party the better to be honest. that way i get more presents. birthday parties before covid seem so long ago! i can't wait for this nightmare to be over and have everyone come together.

I’m either a “chill party with a few friends” or “just a normal day” person. Depends if I can be bothered organising something or not lol.

i went with chill party since i like small groups of people. large parties make me feel overwhelmed most of the time

My family doesn’t really do birthday parties, but I’m a total extrovert, so I’d so do a huge party at a Dave and Buster’s and blow all my points at the ticket wheel.
