Do you like Christmas music?

Wanted to ask because it's that time of year when the only thing that's on the radio is Christmas music.

Personally I'm kind of getting tired of it. XD I didn't mind when I was younger, but it's starting to annoy me a little because the local radio station my mom listens to plays the same old songs. The worst part is that she enjoys Christmas music unlike me, so I'll have to bring my headphones whenever we go out somewhere. ;w;

Maybe when I stop listening to the radio station, my opinion will change. But for now... this is my stance.

Although, I am doing whamageddon with my Digital Audio class this year. So far I'm safe, but its only day one. lol.

i love it! i find myself humming a lot of different christmas songs during the day without really going out of my way to listen to them.

There is ONE song I cannot stand though, that used to play at my old job. It was so bad sometimes, whenever it'd play-- I would have to leave the store if I had the time to. I think it's called Christmas Wrapping by The Waitresses. It is SOOO annoying and I HATE it. Listening to it now to make sure it's the right one-- and yep. It is. I can't stand it. T^T It just does not scratch the brain itch for me. It actually makes my brain itch MORE They sound.. so bad.. to me.. idk. It's just not a good song in my opinion.

I enjoy it! I don't turn Christmas music on for myself, but I like hearing it in the background, whether it's the radio, or in a shop, or whatever! It reminds me that the Christmas season is here.

I personally love it! It has almost a cozy feel to it and always gets me excited since Christmas is my favorite holiday. I’m more into the classic christmas songs than the newer ones, though, with a few exceptions.

I love Christmas music. My partner is pretty sick of it though after years of working retail which is completely understandable.

I love Christmas music for the most part, there are a few Christmas songs that I do not enjoy but it won't turn me off from listening to it. I really love the instrumental versions of songs too, I just get all warm and fuzzy when I listen to Christmas or any type of holiday music. I listen to it a lot during the holidays but if I am with someone who doesn't enjoy holiday music I try to keep it to a minimum.

Admittedly, no. I hear a lot of Christmas music at work, and it's already starting to drive me crazy. The fact that the same old songs keep playing makes it even more redundant.

i LOVE christmas songs but maybe thats because i don't have to hear the same ones constantly all day long? its a special thing for me, some of the best memories i have are in the car with my family looking at christmas lights and listening to christmas music so it's like a special thing for me

I am quite fond of Christmas music. I tend to listen to it when baking Christmas cookies and it really gets me in the Christmas mood. Also listen to it when out and about Christmas shopping, if I'm going to any brick-and-mortar stores for that purpose, and if I go out looking at how people around the area decorate their homes with Christmas lights and decorations.

I actually got tired of Christmas music as time went on. But right now, I have more of an aversion to songs like “Jingle Bells”, “Deck the Halls”, “We Wish You a Merry Christmas”, “O Christmas Tree”, and those songs about Santa Claus.

Oh I must've missed that. I personally really love silent night because I learned a jazz version on guitar that is so much fun to play!

I love listening to Christmas music, and I don't think I'll ever get bored or annoyed with it. I've been around long enough, and I haven't gotten sick of it, so I don't see myself hating it any time soon. It's nice to have seasonal songs and things to remind me of the holidays. I'd never put the music on myself, though. I listen to it when I'm in shops and quietly hum along. I like both secular and religious songs, as they both showcase different aspects of the season.

They're nice. Some places and stations play them way too early, but overall it's good music. So many songs are about being miserable or how life sucks, so it's nice to have upbeat cheerful music for the holidays.

I don't mind it! I don't listen to it on my own or even on the radio when I'm in the car, but it's nice to hear it while I'm out and about! Shopping in decorated stores with Christmas music playing always makes me feel so cozy and festive. :]
