In one of my towns,I have three octopi and three squirrels. In another I have three koalas.I can deal with having multiple species in a town as long as they are different personality types.
No, not really. I got colton awhile ago and was happy having just one horse villager. Eventually though I decided to get another peppy since cheri moved out and decided on victoria. Its not that I dislike victoria or anything, but I find that I dont like having more than one of the same species in town for whatever reason.
Which is a shame because there are more horse villagers I would like to get, but refuse to since I already have colton and victoria.
I don't mind!
I have four bunnies in my town too!
They all look different and are different personalities so they don't seem super similar to me.
The rabbit villagers have my favorite designs. I was even planning to get one more - Carmen - but decided it would be overkill!
I'm usually okay with it. I had 2 alligators in my town for a week or two until today when I TTed Gayle out. But it did bother me when Fauna moved in and I had three deer. I gave Lopez to a friend, though, so I only have Zell and Fauna now I do plan on having two ducks, Scoot and Molly. I just hope I can get Deena out before Molly moves in, if that ever happens.
As you can tell from my signature, I don't mind more than one squirrel at all...Took me forever to figure out what I wanted to do with my main town, & I just started ending up with a bunch of squirrels. So I decided to go for as many as I could get. The only repeat personalities are Caroline & Poppy, because I can't decide between them...
I think it's cute sometimes. Full species towns are pretty unique. I also used to have two frogs in my town, both unknown cuties though. I found it funny when I'd see them in each others' houses. Secret frog meetings.
I'm going to end up having 4 wolves once I'm done getting all my dreamies. Wolves are my favorite animal, so I doubt I'd mind. Plus, 3/4 of them will be different personalities.
I have two cats (Tangy and Moe) and two bunnies (Mira and Francine). The bunnies are staying and so is Tangy, not sure about Moe yet but don't think I'll let him go any time soon. Other than that the species of villagers in my town is pretty diverse and would like to keep some variety, although personality alone is enough variety.
Personally I don't mind as long as I have different personality types for the PWPs. I'm trying to create a town full of bird villagers since I absolutely love birds and there's bound to be repeats. So far I have Phoebe and Flora, the two ostriches, and Gwen and Aurora, the two penguins.
Kinda funny how the game originally set me up with two squirrels (Static and Hazel) and two rabbits (Genji and Tiffany, the latter has since moved).
I don't mind it. I want Walker and Cookie actually But it helps that they're opposite genders. I feel like, if they're not the same gender, they won't have the same personality, of course. As long as I wouldn't have two peppies of the same species, for example, I'd be fine. Cause then it's the same character more or less with a different body. And I think that's boring.
