Typically savoury mixed with a bit of sweet? I usually have a protein yoghurt, banana and toast with peanut butter. If I’m travelling I will often have a pastry like a croissant or pain au chocolat.
I can do either but I think I tend to prefer savory! And if I'm going for something sweet for breakfast, it's rarely ever anything sweeter than fruit and/or honey on something. I don't handle sugar super well, and especially not first thing in the morning—sometimes having something too sweet on an empty stomach makes me feel kind of unwell, so at the very least I try to eat something more solid first.
