Do you still have your childhood toys around?

I no longer have the majority of my childhood toys around. I got rid of the majority of them when I was a preteen. Now, I collect toys that I find at thrift stores, especially furbies, beanie babies, my little pony, and hello kitty. It's all come full circle.

My childhood was a long time ago. And I was the oldest, both with my siblings and my cousins, so things tended to get passed down.

The only thing I kept is my Raggedy Ann doll that my great-grandmother gave me for my 1st birthday. She's quite fragile now, so she stays primarily on my rocker. In June, I'm sending her to a doll hospital for repairs - her face is beginning to tear. While she's there, I think I may also ask for her arms and legs to be replaced from the donor doll.

i don't have anything really, i'm very unsentimental about objects, i had a plush octopus that hung around for a good while and now i regret throwing him out, i'm hoping my parents just stashed him in their attic

oh i also have a ton of sylvanian families still, i love them so much

Excluding video games (since I've kept all of those), I have almost no childhood toys remaining. I don't really know what happened to them, all I know is my parents did something with them, but that's not really my problem and I don't care that they're gone, lol. The only childhood toys I have left are two teddy bears that I keep on top of my desk.

I do have quite a few childhood toys still. I still have two old DS games from over ten years ago. I also have a lot of my stuffed animals. I used to collect scale model cars and I still have them. I also have several toys such as an I-Dog.

I have several plushies in my room (a couple displayed and the rest in my closet) and I have my littlest pet shop collection also in a box in my room, but the rest of my childhood toys I either gave away or packed away at my parent's house (like my american girl doll and build-a-bear stuff).

Also this is excluding video games and gaming consoles.

I have some pokemon stuff on a shelf. Thats it.

I have a few of them left in the attic and some burried under tons of junk in my bedroom lmao.
However I still have some meaningful plush dolls I grew up with.

Most of mine are gone as my Mom made me clean them out for donation ages ago. I did keep my Littlest Petshop and My Little Ponies though. I had a sweet spot for those. Though my Mom did make me get rid of the amusement park play set I had for the ponies as it was huge. Sadly it was the only pony play set I had. I still have all the Littlest Petshop sets though.

Hopefully one day I’ll have a child of my own to pass them on to. I almost said daughter but growing up I loved “boy” toys as much as and sometimes even more than “girl” toys. So I would be perfectly fine with a boy playing with them too if he wanted to. If not, at the very least I’d like to pass them on to a close friend or family member with kids.

Both series of toys are pretty different today compared to the older versions I have. So I’m sure modern kids would find them interesting at least.

Yeah, I still have a lot of them. In fact, I recently went back to taking care of my Tamagotchis lol

My family moved recently and in the process, a lot of childhood toys were tossed or donated. We did keep electronics though, so we still have our game consoles!

My family has moved around so much that pretty much every childhood thing, including toys, is in storage. Now that I'm on the other side of the country, I don't know when I'll ever see that stuff again. I miss my artwork and books more than my toys though. :'(

A lot of them, actually! I still like plushies, so I kept a lot of those from my childhood, though a couple years back I cleared out a lot of the ones I didn't remember or feel very attached to. I didn't keep as many of my dolls—mainly just my absolute favorite Barbies, Littlest Pet Shop pets, and my Winx Club dolls.
I still have my Monster High doll collection too, but I'm actually hoping to use those for doll customizing in the future!

Only a few, and that's because they're currently stuck in a drawer that I can't open because it's jammed lol. The rest are gone. I have annual purges where I get rid of a bunch of stuff I don't use, so over the years I've chucked away nearly all of my childhood toys.
I used to really enjoy collecting things and had large collections of Littlest Pets Shop, Bratz Dolls, Sylvanian Families, Webkinz, and various other things haha.

I kept all of my Spongebob toys because I have a collection of Spongebob merch.
I regret giving the rest away. Oh yeah, and I still have my stuffed animals because I will always love stuffed animals.

As I'm sleeping in a bed above (not sure about that expression but google said it was ok) I have a lot of old books and toys under it. Mangas as well even if I don't read them anymore. But everywhere it's mostly plushies. In a large crate above the cupboard, hanging on the handles, almost everywhere in fact. My grandmother still refuses to throw them away!
