Do you style yourself according to the season?

Oh yeah definitely, actually around mid-August i started switching to Autumn clothes. When the Hello Kitty stuff came out, as soon as it saw the Pompompurin outfit i couldn't wait for Fall to wear it (the colors and everything seemed very "Fall" to me). I'm wearing it now, along with the boots that go with it. I didn't wear the hat though, because it doesn't change the color of your hair which i didn't like.

I change my rep's outfit every day! I do seasonally and weather appropriate outfits too. I have a set of outfits each season that I rotate between. I also do socks under shoes too, which I didn't know some people didn't do. I just dress my character like I dress myself lol.

I wish my villagers would stick to seasonal items. It makes me sweat to see Lolly walk around in a peacoat in the middle of August!

I just dress my character like I dress myself lol.

This part 100x, one of the biggest reasons I don’t leave out the socks too. It really does make the game feel more immersive.

Off topic, but how did you get little dinos for the likes?

I change my clothes whenever I play a new day and I always match the season. Especially when it's raining! I need to have my rain gear on and an umbrella. I've only recently started getting into designing my own outfits, but usually I just wear the in-game clothes.

Yes I do, I currently have a Halloween dress on I found a custom code for online. I wish we could wear scarves. I like to wear holiday sweaters, hats and boots in the winter. In the spring/summer I like to wear those denim cutoffs and different shirts with sandals of some sort.

Definitely! I get bored of my outfit easily so I change it basically anytime I play and it's always according to the weather. For some reason I feel weird having my character wear something hot if it's winter or cold if it's summer, even though it doesn't effect anything.

They’re from the Camp Bell Tree event everyone who participated gets to use them as a like icon. There’s a bee and clownfish too!

No, I do not. My character stays in one outfit year round pretty much, aside from switching into clothes for events on this site or to celebrate a holiday. I'm pretty happy with my character's look, so I don't see the need to change it based on season.

I wear clothes according to the season. If I recall correctly, there are a few instances from one of my villagers that they were concerned about me not wearing clothes that correspond to the season. During summer, they were concerned I'd be sweating like crazy if I wore a jacket. During the winter, they were concerned if I wore a tank top.

Yep! I use my wand to have multiple outfits for different occasions- but I always set them up based on what time of year it is.

I feel that I was a bit conditioned to do this since our characters in New Leaf would shake from the cold or fan themselves in the heat when you first load up the game for the day. So, yes, I tend to dress my characters to match the current time of the year in New Horizons too.

Yes! The amount of clothes in this game is awesome. If I didn’t change with the season I wouldn’t probably wear a lot of them. I actually try to change my clothes at the start of each month to try new things and the outfits I pick reflect the season the month is in. When I cant put together a new outfit I like I will switch over to trying out user created clothes

I do like to change my outfits up when the season changes, I dont do it every month, but I do change out my outfits like when it changes to fall, winter, etc.

I do tend to wear clothes that fit the season because in new leaf when you would wear clothes out of season your character would sweat or shiver so even though the avatars don’t do that anymore I still like to dress my girl accordingly. I also just like to wear different colors in different seasons so more maroon red orange brown in the fall more pastels in the spring et cetera. The only thing I don’t do is I don’t always dress for the rain or for diving. Like I’ll put the wetsuit on and if I remember then I’ll put the water shoes and snorkel on but usually I just put the wetsuit on and go. I always want to hold an umbrella in the rain but I’m always so busy and need to use my tools so most of the time I must forego the safety of the umbrella

i do. i have like one outfit per season and some specific weather outfits for snow or rain. i don't know why but seeing my avatar in long sleeves during the summer drives me up the wall.
