Do you use a screen protector on your Switch/Lite?

Yeah, I have a hard plastic one but despite how hard I tried to get it on perfectly, there are bubbles and even dust trapped under there. It gives me so much anxiety to put on a new cover for my phone or any device that I would rather keep a screen protector that is cracked than go through the ordeal of applying a new one haha.

yes! i usually get screen protectors for all of my devices because i'm super clumsy. i've already accidentally dropped my switch a few times, but with the screen protector everything seems to be fine so far

No, I don't use screen protectors on anything. No matter how hard I try, I can never get them on right and it bothers me too much so I end up having to take them back off. I almost always have my Switch docked anyway, and I never take it out of the house, so I'm not too worried about it.

Me neither! If I knew they made them when I first bought my switch I would’ve probably bought one but I’ll probably just carry on without one now. Just hope I don’t drop it anytime soon lol

Yes, both Switches I own have screen protectors. I decided to use them after I accidentally scratched up the bottom screen on my 3DS.

I don't have a screen protector for my Switch since it's docked almost all the time, and even when it's undocked I don't take it outside of my house so I'm not worried about anything happening to it. Though, that said, I don't really use screen protectors in the first place, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yes, I bought a tempered glass protector the same day I bought my switch! It was super easy to put on and I dont even notice it, would highly recommend haha

Yep, I've shattered too many phone screens to take that risk. I got one on both my Switches, and the glass ones are super easy to apply!
One thing I've found is be careful if you go out in the Super Hot and then come inside where it's super air conditioned and chilly. Managed to shatter a screen protector with a very minor bump while doing that.

Like many here, I have invested quite a bit of money this month in order to play ACNH. I got my Switch Lite yesterday and since unlike my 3DSXL it has no cover to protect the screen, I just researched and ordered some tempered glass screen protectors for it. I have never used a screen protector on any of my devices. My one attempt at putting a plastic film one on a tablet was a messy and frustrating experience. But, I have invested too much in having this switch lite console already to risk scratching the plastic screen. After reading reviews and watching a few videos, it looks like with care, the glass ones can be applied easily.

Do you use a screen protector on your Switch or Switch Lite?

I think it's a good idea, I use screens for all of my mobile phones so I think extending it to my switch is a smart plan. I mean, it protects the screen right? and for the most part, visually, that's the most important aspect of the switch. For me, it just makes sense that I would want to protect it as much as possible, and screens are cheap enough that you can even get a spare just incase.

I have one. I am the clumsiest person in the world and I have a tiny dog that likes to climb and jump on things even when there is cleared space right beside the item she aims for.

Mine was easy to apply but I did mess up on it so there is a tiny spot in the edge of a corner that doesn't lay flat so it looks like a bubble. Most packs come with more than one but mine was free with a bundle. It doesn't seem to interfere with the touch screen aspect either.

While the Switch doesn't come with a stylus, adding a screen protector became a habit just because of the bad condition my DSi is in. Don't play Pokémon Ranger or any of the Harvest Moon DS games without proper protection, kids.

Though, part of the reason I got it for both our Switches, even if they don't have a stylus, is because I'd heard bad things about people scratching up their screens from docking it. Not sure if they didn't fix it eventually, since I remember hearing about it mainly when the Switch first came out, but better safe than sorry.

No, I've never used screen protectors for any of my devices until recently when I order a replacement case for my laptop it came with a screen protector so I decided to try it. But I don't have a screen protector on my switch or phone. I don't have problems dropping my electronics so I never felt the need to buy one personally.

I bought a clear soft shell case for my switch lite and it came with a plastic screen protector. It's been working well so far.
