What is the point of importing a Japanese DSi? Just wait for a while and you'll get it in a language you can understand. Plus, if you buy it from Japan you'll want to buy an another one for your country, which will result in you spending 300+ monetary units.

I have a DS Lite, my girlfriend has a DS. I am getting her a DSi for her birthday. They havent been released here yet, so we obviously dont have one of those yet

Yeah the release dates for Europe, Australia, and North America are anywhere from April 2 to April 5, 2009. I'm planning on getting one for my birthday, which is in 80 Days (May 20)! Yay me!
