Random thought jot incoming

My favorite Pixar movie is Finding Nemo. Our elementary school played it on DVD for everybody. Unfortunately, we only watched up to the part of Nemo and Dory getting stuck in the dentist office. I have a love for aquatic environments, so I got strongly sucked into this movie. It's my first memory of being completely immersed into something.

I saw Finding Dory as a teenager when it hit theaters. I enjoyed it. My birthday is literally on the week Pixar always releases movies, so my birthday's just consist of "hey, who wants to see pixar with me". Inside Out 2 comes out next month. I can't wait for that. I'm so very excited c-:!

Incredibles 2 was more negative. I saw that at the mall on my birthday. The only seats we could get were front row. Movie Theater front row is not too great. Still enjoyed myself and all.

I saw Brave with my school choir. I didn't like it there, but appreciated it more on a personal rewatch. Felt the same for Toy Story. Didn't appreciate that series at first but liked it when I got older on rewatches. (oddly had the opposite with Toy Story 3? It was the only one I liked, and it wasn't as amazing as I recalled). Also liked Wall-E on first watch, found it boring on the second watch.

These are just a gist of my opinions. I've been a life long fan, so I could go on forever.

The first three Toy Stories were my childhood and I really enjoyed them. I never bothered watching the fourth one since I firmly believe it should’ve ended as a trilogy.

Up is a very sentimental film for me since the main character’s design, backstory, and personality reminded me of my late grandpa. He saw the movie when it premiered a few years before he died and liked it so I wonder if he would’ve agreed with me.

The first Incredibles was a movie my mom and I bonded over when I was growing up. We both loved the characters and their dynamic as a family. We tried the sequel and found it much less enjoyable and interesting.

Wall-E was wonderful and was one of the first stories to get me interested in sci-fi.

Coco was a creative and fun romp I really enjoyed, although I wouldn’t consider it my favorite of Pixar’s.

Onward was overrhated. There were some really funny scenes and I enjoyed seeing the brother’s bond. The animation was gorgeous too.

Inside Out was my favorite Pixar movie for the longest time and I thought it was creative in that classic Pixar way. I’m looking forward to the sequel.

I haven’t watched a lot of the newer Pixar movies out of a lack of interest, but will probably try them eventually since I have Disney+.

Easily Finding Nemo

But I’ll also choose Toy Story 2 and Toy Story 4 as my runner-ups. The other two in the top 5 are Wall-E and Cars.

My favorite Pixar films are Toy Story 1, 2, 3, Cars, Monsters Inc., and Inside Out.

Inside Out is my favourite Pixar film, as well as one of my favourite animated films in general! It’s also one of the few movies I’ve watched that’ve actually made me cry. No waterworks the first time I watched it, but the second time (which was at school nonetheless), Bing Bong’s death had me tearing up big time, and then again when Riley went home and finally told her parents how she’d been feeling. That movie had NO business hitting me with “take her to the moon for me, okay?” 😭

Now that I’m older and feeling painfully nostalgic most days, the themes of change being difficult, yearning for everything to be the way it was again and struggling to communicate your feelings hit even harder for me now than they did when the film first came out. I’m nervous yet excited for the sequel… Disney/Pixar’s track record with sequels and threequels… and beyond…. isn’t great, but I’m hoping and praying that they do Inside Out 2 justice. If not, well… at least I get to hear Maya Hawke.

The Incredibles
Toy Story 2
Wall-E
Monsters Inc.
Up
Ratatouille
Coco
Elemental

The Incredibles is still my favorite Pixar movie.I liked everything they did before it came out(especially Toy Story 2)but The Incredibles was something else with its retro art style and how it plays out like a live action movie.Pixar had a really great run of movies but after Up they started making too many ho-hum sequels. They do a lot better when they come up with original or semi-original ideas.Of their later films I like Coco and even though its concept was a bit unoriginal,Elemental.Dia De Los Muertos is kind of a thing in my part of the U.S.A. and I like how Pixar incorporated that into Coco.I didn't expect to like Elemental after reading some early reviews but I was pleasantly surprised by that movie and it gave me some hope that maybe Pixar can have another run of great movies in the future.

Looking through the list, my favorites are Monster's Inc., Up, Ratatouille, Finding Nemo, A Bug's Life, Toy Story, and Toy Story 2. Toy Story was the first Pixar movie I ever saw, and as a child it was one of my favorite movies to watch. Toy Story 2 was also amazing. I had some toys based on the characters, such as a Woody doll. A Bug's Life is another childhood favorite. I haven't watched it in forever, but I still remember the story pretty well. The chess short that came with it is also ingrained in my memory. Monster's Inc. and Finding Nemo are always fun to watch, and they have a lot of memorable characters. I've only watched Up and Ratatouille a couple times each, but they're movies I'd happily watch again.

I haven't watched Inside Out 2, Elemental, Lightyear, Turning Red, Luca, Soul, Onward, Cars 3, or The Good Dinosaur yet, but I guess it would be good to watch all of them at least once

I had a MAJOR obsession with Cars when it released (particularly the character of Fillmore) despite being in the SIXTH GRADE at the time. I do not think that 11-year-old girls were the center of the target for that movie, and yet. I collected every single character from the film when they were released as happy meal toys. I bought a Cars blanket. So that one gets…..a lot of nostalgia points.

Finding Nemo is another great one. It holds up to multiple viewings, it’s genuinely moving, and bonus: it’s a movie where an adult female character and an adult male character become good friends and no romance element is introduced! Big thumbs up from me.

Coco is my third pick. The themes are really solid and consistent and the emotion feels surprising in a way that makes it even more real. I love the idea of a child receiving his ancestors’ blessing with “no conditions.” Great music, too!

Runners-up: Up, Turning Red, Inside Out 2.

My very favourite movie (Pixar or otherwise) is Up! 🎈🏠💞

Inside Out is a very close second. Truthfully, there are no Pixar feature films that I've seen and not enjoyed, so it's hard to really rank the rest! I'd say that some of my other top Pixar films are Ratatouille, Luca, Turning Red, Onward, and Brave.

I haven't seen Inside Out 2 yet, but I'm looking forward to it. 😊

Still haven't seen Inside Out 2 yet, but of the ones I've seen;

1. Wall-E
2. Ratatouille
3. Inside Out
4. Coco
5. Toy Story 2
6. Up
7. The Incredibles
8. Toy Story 3
9. A Bug's Life

Inside Out has been my favourite since it came out. I just really love it. The sequel is pretty good too. The Incredibles is probably a close second.

My number one favorite is Coco. I love day of the dead, and it was visually so pretty. But at the time I saw it I had recently lost my grandma, and it made me cry so hard. But I absolutely fell in love with it, and I love when a movie hits me emotionally in all the right areas

I also love Inside Out (both), and Cars (one and three) I've seen alot of Pixar movies and enjoyed most of them to various degrees. But those are my top three.

It used to be a toss-up between Toy Story 2 and Coco for me, but it's Coco for sure now. Ever since my grams passed a couple years back, it just hits extra hard cause the similarities between her and Mama Coco (and even Miguel's abuelita too) are too real.

This a hard decision for me since I really love Pixar movies!

Toy Story 1 thru 3... 3 made me cry a little.
Wall-E
Ratatouille
Coco
Brave

I love all of their movies, but those are my top favorites 😍

Fun story... about a dozen years ago or so, when I was a truck driver, I delivered to Pixar in Emeryville, California. The security was strict. It took forever to get clearance to back up to their docks through their gates.

Once I walked onto their receiving dock, I was blown away. I don't even remember the dock crew unloading my truck. I only remember all of the toys, memorabilia, posters, etc... all of over the loading dock on shelves and walls.

Loading docks are usually dirty and very plain areas. This was magical! I have delivered to other major companies... Google, theme parks, NASA... But I have never seen a dock as awesome as Pixar's!!!

i remember watching wall-e and ratatouille growing up and i like them both. my sibling recommended inside out to me not long ago, so i'll watch that at some point

I love a lot of pixar films.

Finding dory
A bug's life
Coco
Monsters inc
Toy story
Ratatouille
Soul
Brave

Pretty much most Pixar movies, especially the earlier ones. I also really love pixar shorts. The shorts are amazing, especially Geri's game and Lifted.

I luv Pixar!!!!

My favs are Toy Story’s 1-3 (oh my God I tear up so bad at the end of three!!!)

Finding Nemo, monsters, Inc., and the Incredibles!

Although ratatouille is pretty amazing and I love it too but the above are my top five. (Oops 6) lol!
