I'm curious and would like to know which mouse villager is your favorite and why.
When it comes to the mouse villagers, there are only a handful of them which I really like to be honest. For a very long time, the only mouse I used to like was Bree, mainly because of how her eyes are shaped (I find them so pretty when I was younger). Later I started to like Rod more, followed by Bella as well as Penelope.
Anicotti is my second favorite villager of all time. She was in my very first GameCube town and I considered her my best friend. I'm so happy to finally have her back in New Leaf.
My second choice would be Bella. I've never had her in my town, but the first time I saw her picture I knew I would like her.
I know it's an unpopular opinion, but I really like a lot of the mice. I think they are adorable.
My favorite Mouse villager is Bella. Her starting Skull Tee does a lot to pull her look together, but that in combination with her house's interior design makes for a good aspiring musician. She's one of the better Peppy villagers in my opinion. I had her as an early villager in my circus/magic show town, but moved her out in favor of villagers who fit the theme better. I'm unsure whether I want to move her into my main horror town, maybe to adopt her in New Horizons, or neither. I like her, but as of now she's in a sort of limbo.
Honorable mentions to Greta, Penelope, Rod, and Samson. Greta's design is simple but likable for me, and she's a Snooty so that's a plus. I like that they switched up the ears for Penelope and gave her a pink bow instead, it makes for a good look even if it raises some questions. Rod gets by on merit of his hat, and Samson because of his smirk.
It is a hard pick for me when it comes to mouse villagers, but overall I think Dora would be my favorite. I dislike the look of separate hair pieces on villagers, so that is mostly the reason aside from her expression.
most of the mice are kind of offputting appearance wise in my opinion lol, i think it's their egg shaped heads to blame there.
anyways i used to think i didn't like any of the mice until broccolo was introduced to pocket camp, i find him and his little bowl cut really cute! i've also come to like rod and his little hat that kind of looks like underwear on his head but we stan regardless.
Broccolo, Candi, Carmen, Chadder, Chico, Dora, Flossie, Greta, Penelope, and Penny are my favorites. I think out of those choices though, I really like Chadder, Dora, and Penelope. Chadder looks like cheese and he is one of my favorite smug villagers and he is really sweet for the short time I had him. Dora is just waaaay tooo adorable and not much else to say there. Penelope I really like because of her bow ears and she definitely has the peppy personality to fit her. The other ones I listed I like because of design and personalities too.
Moose is my man! He randomly moved to my town and I took a liking to him immediately. Sadly, his house was in the worst spot and I couldn't work around it so I had to let him go eventually.
Competes with Beardo for best sideburns in the game.
Carmen was really cute in my opinion!
But my heart goes to Penelope! I love her huge bow and how it replaces her ears. I also like her name a lot!

My girl Anicotti needs more votes!! I love her so much. She was a random in my town (she accidentally moved out; I was heartbroken) and I just fell in love with her. She's adorable, the interior of her house is adorable, and the exterior of her house is adorable. I love her with all my heart so I'm glad I got her (twice!) in my other towns.
Mice are one of my favorite species, just in terms of villagers I like.
Carmen is one of my favorite characters in Animal Crossing, easily making my top 5. She was in my old Gamecube town and I have always wanted her back in a newer release. She's the reason I hate Carmen the rabbit as much as I do.
Dora was in my City Folk town for years. She was either a starter villager, or moved in shortly after the town was created, because I don't remember a time she wasn't in that town. While other villagers would move out after 1-2 years, Dora stayed during my entire playthrough.
Moose currently lives in my town Fireleaf. Initially I thought he looked weird and didn't like him, but the longer he stayed in my town, the more I ended up liking him. He's a permanent resident now.
